توافق ابراهیم و تاثیر آن بر اقتصاد سیاسی منطقۀ خلیج‌ فارس

توافق ابراهیم یکی از مهم‌ترین توافقات مهم میان کشورهای عربی و اسرائیل در نیم قرن اخیر بوده است. این توافق منجر به عادی‌سازی روابط میان اسرائیل و دو کشور عربی امارات متحدۀ عربی و بحرین در خلیج‌فارس شد. شواهد نشان می‌دهد که مشارکت‌کنندگان در این توافق برای برقراری ارتباط با یکدیگر دغدغه‌های اقتصادی و تجاری متعددی داشته‌اند. امارات متحدۀ عربی و اسرائیل به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین پیشگامان این توافق در زمرۀ بازیگران قوی در زمینۀ اقتصاد سیاسی خاورمیانه محسوب می‌شوند. ضمن اینکه موقعیت ژئوپلتیک آن‌ها به‌عنوان دروازه‌های اقتصادی خاورمیانه در شرق و غرب این منطقه بر اهمیت توافق عادی‌سازی روابط میان آن‌ها افزوده است. به‌همین‌منظور، ارتباط گستردۀ آنها به واسطۀ توافق ابراهیم می‌تواند زمینۀ تحولات اقتصادی-تجاری متعددی را در خاورمیانه فراهم آورد و از این منظر، در خلیج‌فارس بستر تحولات اقتصادی عمیقی شکل خواهد گرفت. ازاین‌‌رو، در نوشتار حاضر در پی بررسی این توافق و پیامدهای احتمالی اقتصادی آن در خلیج‌فارس خواهیم بود. به‌همین‌منظور، در پژوهش حاضر در پی پاسخ به این پرسش هستیم که توافق ابراهیم چگونه بر اقتصاد سیاسی خلیج‌فارس تاثیر خواهد گذاشت؟ نگارندگان پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیل روند مبتنی بر رویکرد تبیینی-تحلیلی و ناظر بر تحلیل روندهای اقتصادی منطقۀ خلیج‌فارس به این یافته‌ها دست پیدا کرده‌اند که «توافق ابراهیم با تمهید شرایط تحولات سیاسی و اقتصادی در خلیج‌فارس، زمینۀ تحولات اقتصادی منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ای متعددی از قبیل شکل‌گیری شبکۀ همکاری اقتصادی-تجاری میان شبه‌جزیرۀ عربستان و زیرمنطقۀ شرق مدیترانه، امنیت‌سازی تجاری محورجنوبی خلیج‌فارس و شکل‌گیری زنجیرۀ کریدورهای اقتصادی از شرق خلیج‌فارس تا شرق اروپا را فراهم خواهد کرد» درنتیجه، تغییر محیط اقتصاد سیاسی خلیج‌فارس مهم‌ترین پیامد توافق ابراهیم در منطقه خواهد بود.

the abraham accords has been one of the most important agreements between arab countries and israel in the last half-century. this agreement led to the normalization of relations between israel and the two arab countries of the united arab emirates and bahrain in the persian gulf. the evidence shows that the participants in this agreement had several economic and commercial concerns to communicate with each other. the united arab emirates and israel are considered the most important pioneers of this agreement among the strong players in the political economy of the middle east. for this purpose, their extensive communication through this agreement can provide the basis for many economic-commercial developments in the middle east. therefore, this article will investigate this agreement and its possible economic consequences in the persian gulf. for this purpose, in the current research, we are looking for an answer to the question of how the abraham accords has affected the political economy of the persian gulf. the authors of the current research using the descriptive-analytical method and based on the analysis of the economic trends of the persian gulf region have reached the hypothesis that abraham accords with the preparation of the conditions for political and economic developments in the persian gulf, is the basis for several regional and extra-regional economic developments such as the formation of the economic cooperation network - trade between the arabian peninsula and the eastern mediterranean sub-region has provided commercial security for the southern axis of the persian gulf and the formation of a chain of economic corridors from the eastern persian gulf to eastern europe.
