رویکرد اقتصاد سیاسی به الگوی مواجهه جمهوری اسلامی ایران با سازمان بریکس

گروه بریکس عمدتا گفتمانی اقتصادی دارد ، اما تلاش برای سوق دادن جهان به سمت نظام چندقطبی و سهیم کردن کشورهای مختلف خصوصاً قدرتهای نوظهور در تصمیم گیری های بین المللی از دیگر اهداف ان می باشد، که با منافع و استراتژی ایران در سیستم بین الملل سنخیت و همخوانی دارد.حال مسئله این است که ایران چگونه می تواند از این همگونی استفاده بهینه نماید(مسئله). رویکردهای نوین سیاست خارجی ایران در راستای دیپلماسی اقتصادی برای برون رفت از مشکلات و رفع تحریم های بین المللی چیست؟ بنظر می رسد یکی از رویکردهای سیاست خارجی ایران برای بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی در شرایط تحریم بین المللی، پیشنهاد وپیگیری عضویت خود در گروه بین المللی بریکس می باشد ، که این عضویت نیز مترصد چالش ها ، پیامد ها و فرصت هایی برای ایران خواهد بود(سوال ، فرضیه). پژوهش فوق از نوع کاربردی و با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و به شیوه ی کتابخانه ای تحلیل و تدوین شده است . هدف از این پژوهش شناخت ظرفیتها و قابلیت های گروه بریکس و عضویت ایران در ان است( روش – هدف).یافته ها نشان میدهد که ،توازن در تعهداتی که ایران در فرایند عضویت در این نهاد می پذیرد و منافعی که بویژه در شرایط تحریمی به دست می آورد ضرورت دارد. مهمترین مزیت ژئواکونومیک عضویت ایران در این نهاد دستیابی به منابع مالی در مکانیسم ذخیره احتیاطی و نیز بانک توسعه جدید این نهاد است( یافته ها ).

the political economy approach to the confrontation model between the islamic republic of iran and the brics organization

the brics group primarily operates within an economic discourse, but it also seeks to steer the world toward a multipolar system and involve various countries, particularly emerging powers, in international decision-making processes. this aligns with the interests and strategies of iran in the international system. the key question, then, is how iran can optimally leverage this convergence (problem). what are the modern foreign policy approaches of iran, particularly in terms of economic diplomacy, to overcome challenges and lift international sanctions? it seems that one of iran's foreign policy approaches to improving its economic situation under international sanctions is to propose and pursue its membership in brics, a membership that will come with challenges, consequences, and opportunities for iran (research question and hypothesis). this research is applied in nature and employs a descriptive-analytical method based on library research. the aim is to explore the capacities and potential of brics and iran’s potential membership in it (methodology and objective). the findings indicated that balancing the commitments iran undertakes in the process of joining brics with the benefits it gains, especially under sanction conditions, is essential. the most significant geoeconomic advantage of iran's membership lies in accessing financial resources through brics' contingent reserve arrangement (cra) and the new development bank.
