تبیین فرصت ‎های ژئواکونومیکی ج.ا. ایران در فضای پساجنگ سوریه

کشورهای مختلف به فراخور ویژ‎گی های متفاوت جغرافیایی که دارند، نقشی چندبعدی در راهبردهای سیاست خارجی بازیگران منطقه ای و جهانی ایفا می کنند. سوریه نیز از این قاعده مستثنا نیست و با توجّه به اختصاصات مختلف جغرافیایی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و سیاسی که دارد، جایگاهی چندبعدی در سپهر سیاست خارجی ج.ا. ایران ایفا کرده است. باوجود اینکه موقعیت راهبردی سوریه در محور مقاومت دیگر ابعاد اهمیت این کشور را متاثر ساخته است، با این حال سوریه از ظرفیت های ژئوکالچری و ژئواکونومیکی بالایی برخوردار است که در صورت توجّه جدی می تواند به کنش‎گری فعال و چند سویه در راهبردهای سیاست خارجی ایران در آینده بدل شود. این مقاله به روش توصیفی _تحلیلی و با بهره ‎گیری از منابع مختلف کتابخانه ای، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که مهم‌ترین فرصت های ژئواکونویکی ایران در فضای پساجنگ داخلی سوریه کدم‌اند؟ یافته بیانگر آن است که سوریه دارای ظرفیت های ژئواکونومیکی مختلفی همچون قرارگیری در کریدور انرژی ایران –عراق - سوریه اروپا (پرسین پایپ)، کریدور زمینی خلیج فارس - مدیترانه و همچنین محیط مناسبی برای سرمایه‌گذاری ایران در بخش های نفت و معادن، با توجّه به نیاز سوریه به بازسازی های گسترده بعد از جنگ داخلی است. درواقع سوریه را می توان مکمل ژئواکونومیک ایران در حوزه صدور انرژی و همچنین دسترسی به بازارهای اروپایی دانست.

explaining the geo-economic opportunities of the islamic republic of iran in the post-war of syria

different countries play a multidimensional role in the foreign policy strategies of regional and global players by taking advantage of their different geographical features. syria is not an exception to this rule and due to its various geographical, economic, cultural and political specialties, it has a multidimensional position in the sphere of foreign policy of islamic republic of iran has played. despite the fact that syria’s strategic position in the axis of resistance has affected other dimensions of the importance of this country; however, syria has high geocultural and geoeconomic capacities, which can turn into active and multifaceted activism in iran’s foreign policy strategies in the future if given serious attention. this study seeks to answer the question, what are the most important geoeconomic opportunities of iran in the postcivil war environment of syria using a descriptiveanalytic method and using various library sources. the findings indicated that syria has various geoeconomic capacities such as the location in the iraniraqsyriaeurope energy corridor (persin pipe), the persian gulfmediterranean land corridor, and also a suitable environment for iran investment in the oil and mining sectors, with paying attention to syria’s need for extensive reconstruction after the civil war. in fact, syria can be considered as iran geoeconomic complement in the field of energy export as well as access to european bases.
