پیوند نظام دانش-قدرت نئولیبرال؛ بررسی موردی تاچریسم

در پژوهش حاضر نئولیبرالیسم به‌منزله پدیده‌ای حاصل از گسست در نظام قدرت  ‌‌دانش لیبرال کینزی بررسی ‌‌شده است. آن‌گاه با روش تبارشناسی نظام دانش نئولیبرال، تاچریسم به‌مثابه سرنمون و صورت نوعی پیوند نظام قدرت ‌‌دانش نئولیبرال مطالعه می‌شود. بدین منظور از چهارچوب نظری دیالکتیکی نظام دانش ‌‌قدرت استفاده شده است. پس از بررسی مبانی نظام دانش نئولیبرالی، با بررسی اردولیبرالیسم و ایده بازار اجتماعی از‌یک‌سو و مکتب شیکاگو با عنوان امپریالیسم اقتصادی نوین از‌سوی‌دیگر فلسفه سیاسی نئولیبرالیسم بررسی شده است. درنهایت پیوند این نظام دانش/ اپیستمه نئولیبرال با نظام قدرت، در صورت نوعی آن، با عنوان تاچریسم نشان داده‌ شده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش یافتن مبانی و بنیادهایی است که به قدرت‌گیری نئولیبرالیسم منجر شده و در تاچریسم و ریگانومیکس به‌‌ ماشین سیاسی این دستگاه بزرگ تبدیل شده است. بنابراین نوشتار کنونی ‌‌‌‌به‌دنبال ریشه‌یابی رژیم حقیقت‌مندی نئولیبرالیسم به‌مثابه سرمایه‌داری تجدیدساختاریافته در ساحت نظری دیالکتیک نظام قدرت ‌‌دانش و ترجمان سیاسی آن در عمل ذیل قدرت‌گیری تاچریسم است. به این منظور، با استفاده از اصول نظریه دانش  ‌‌قدرت فوکویی از روش تبارشناسی فوکو برای فهم تبارِ نظام دانش نئولیبرال بهره گرفته شده و درنتیجه از نوعی هرمنوتیک رادیکال، با عنوان تاچریسم، برای فهم رئوس نئولیبرالیسم در صورت‌بندی نظام قدرت ‌‌دانش آن استفاده‌ شده است.

The Linkage of the Neoliberal Power-Knowledge System: A Case Study of Thatcherism

In this study, neoliberalism has been studied as a phenomenon resulting from the rupture in the Keynesian liberal powerknowledge system. Then, with the genealogical method of the neoliberal knowledge system, Thatcherism represents a prototype of the necessary connection between the neoliberal powerknowledge system. For this purpose, the dialectical theoretical framework of the powerknowledge system has been adopted. After intensive examination of the foundations of the neoliberal knowledge system, the political philosophy of neoliberalism has been addressed by dealing with ordoliberalism and the idea of the social market on the one hand, and the Chicago school as new economic Imperialism on the other. Finally, the necessary connection of this neoliberal system of knowledge/episteme with the system of power finds itself in Thatcherism. The fundamental question in this research is to discover the foundations that led to the rise of neoliberalism and can be found in Thatcherism and Reaganomics as the political machine of this dominant institution. Thus, following the roots of neoliberalism as restructured capitalism in the dialectical theoretical realm of the powerknowledge system and its political manifestation in practice, the present paper follows this articulation under Thatcherism. For this purpose, following the principles of Foucault’s theory of knowledgepower; Foucault’s method of genealogy has been used to understand the lineage of the neoliberal system of knowledge, and a kind of radical hermeneutics is used to understand the outlines of neoliberalism in the formulation of its powerknowledge system called Thatcherism.
