نقد فرانظریه‌ای پسامدرن و فروپاشی ذهنیت توسعه

امروزه در مباحث نظری درباره توسعه و نوسازی گفته می‌شود با ورود به عصر «پساها» با وجود آنکه نوع نگاه و انتظار از توسعه و نوسازی دچار دگردیسی بنیادین شده است، اما هم چنان برخی کشورها و نهادها بر ناگزیری یک رویکرد تک‌خطی از پیشرفت و توسعه را همچنان مورد توجه دارند. با این همه در طول چند دهه اخیر به دلیل چرخش معرفتی و فرهنگی پسامدرن از دیدگاه فرا نظری، یک موقعیت پارادایمی ایجاد کرده است که عمده نظریه‌های علوم اجتماعی از جمله نظریه‌های توسعه مورد نقد جدی قرار گرفته و در بسامد این نقد از نظریه‌های جایگزین سخن به میان آمده است. مقاله حاضر در پاسخ به این پرسش نوشته شده است که ساخت شکنی معرفتی پسامدرن چه تاثیری بر ذهنیت توسعه‌ای داشته است؟ فرضیه‌ای که به سنجش گذاشته شده از این قرار است که به لحاظ گرایش فرا نظری ساخت شکنانه، ذهنیت توسعه متاثر از پارادایم مدرنیته فرو می‌پاشد. دستاورد نوشتار نشان می‌دهد در حالی که ذهنیت توسعه در تجدد با فرض وجود تاریخ، متن و فرهنگ واحد بود، اینک در موقعیت «پسا توسعه» جای خود را به روایت‌های سیال و تکثیر نظریه‌ها داده است. این مقاله رویکرد انتقادی فرا نظری داشته و به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی نوشته شده است.

Meta-theoretical Criticism of Postmodernism and Development Attitude Collapse

Theoretical discussions on development and modernization argue that with the advent of the &postera& age, and although the look and expectation of development and modernization has undergone a fundamental transformation, some countries and institutions continue to adopt a oneline approach to progression. However, over the past few decades, and due to the postmodern epistemological and cultural shift from a transtheoretical perspective, a paradigmatic situation has emerged that has been critically criticized by so many social science theories, including development theories, where they still exist in this alternative theories domain. This article answers this question by asking how has postmodern epistemic deconstruction affected developmental mindset? It has been hypothesized that, in terms of the metatheoretical tendency of fragile construction, the subjectivity of development which is affected by modernity paradigm will collapse. The findings of this paper show that while the developmental mindset was in a modern assumption of a single history, text and culture, it has now replaced by the postdevelopmentalist with fluid narratives and the proliferation of theories. This article has a metatheoretical critical approach and it is written in a descriptiveanalytical way.
