مکان یابی مراکز فرهنگی در سطح شهر خرم‌آباد با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی

مراکز فرهنگی در شهرها از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردارند و به دلیل بازدید زیاد شهروندان، باید مورد توجه برنامه‌ریزان شهری قرار بگیرند. مکان قرارگیری مراکز فرهنگی و چگونگی پراکندگی آنها در سطح شهرها، بر میزان استفاده شهروندان از این مراکز تاثیر می‌گذارد. در دهه‌های اخیر، سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی به عنوان یک فنّاوری رایانه محور، توجه بسیاری از متخصّصان رشته‌های مختلف را به خود جلب کرده است. این فناوری حتی توانسته است در زمینه مکان‌یابی خدمات شهری در نقاط مختلف کشور نقش موثری ایفا نماید و پژوهش‌های متعدّدی به همین منظور انجام شود. شهر خرم آباد در مرکز استان لرستان، توزیع مناسبی از مراکز فرهنگی ندارد. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی وضعیت فعلی مراکز فرهنگی شهر خرم آباد از نظر مکان‌یابی و شناسایی مکان‌های مناسب برای ساخت مراکز فرهنگی جدید است. روش تحقیق به این صورت است که ابتدا عوامل موثر در مکان‌یابی مراکز فرهنگی شناسایی می‌شوند. سپس، این عوامل در قالب لایه‌های اطلاعاتی تهیه می‌شوند و وزن‌دهی می‌شوند. در نهایت، مکان‌های مناسب برای ساخت مراکز فرهنگی با جمع‌بندی وزن‌های لایه‌های اطلاعاتی تعیین می‌شوند.. تمامی مراحل فوق با استفاده از نرم افزار arc gis انجام گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مراکز فرهنگی در شهر خرم آباد به‌طور مناسبی توزیع نشده‌اند. با استفاده از قابلیت‌های فناوری اطلاعات جغرافیایی و در نظر گرفتن عوامل موثر در مکان‌یابی مراکز فرهنگی، می‌توان مکان‌های مناسبی برای ساخت مراکز فرهنگی جدید تعیین کرد.

locating cultural centers in khorram abad using geographic information system

cultural centers in cities are of special importance and due to the large number of visits by citizens; they should be given the attention of urban planners. the location of cultural centers and how they are scattered in cities affect the amount of citizens’ use of these centers. in recent decades, geographic information system as a computer based technology has attracted the attention of many specialists in various fields. this technology has even been able to play an effective role in locating urban services in different parts of the country and numerous researches have been conducted for this purpose. khorramabad city in the center of lorestan province does not have a proper distribution of cultural centers. the purpose of this research is to investigate the current state of cultural centers in khorramabad city in terms of locating and identifying suitable places for building new cultural centers. the research method is that first the effective factors in locating cultural centers are identified. then, these factors are prepared in the form of information layers and weighted. finally, suitable places for the construction of cultural centers are determined by summing up the weights of the information layers.. all the above steps have been done using arc gis software. the research results show that the cultural centers in khorram abad city are not properly distributed. by using the capabilities of geographic information technology and considering the effective factors in the location of cultural centers, it is possible to determine suitable places for the construction of new cultural centers.
