تحلیل ابعاد تنش آمیز حوزه بندی های انتخاباتی در چارچوب واحدهای تقسیمات کشوری(مطالعه موردی: حوزه های انتخابیه مجلس شورای اسلامی در استان فارس)

سازماندهی سیاسی فضا در چارچوب حوزه بندی انتخاباتی نقش موثری در روند و چگونگی کارکرد نظام های انتخاباتی، الگوی رای دهی، پیروزی نامزدها و جناح های سیاسی و در نهایت حاکم شدن اراده ملی ایفا می کند. روند رو به رشد تنش ها میان قلمروهای سیاسی اداری در درون حوزه های انتخابیه این مساله را مطرح می سازد که این تنش ها مبتنی بر چه بنیادهایی است و از چه ساز و کاری تبعیت می کند. در این راستا با استفاده از روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای حوزه های انتخابیه مجلس شورای اسلامی در استان فارس به عنوان یکی از وسیع ترین و پرجمعیت ترین استان های کشور مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که عواملی مانند تسهیم نامتناسب جمعیتی حوزه های انتخابیه، افزایش واحدهای سیاسی اداری درون حوزه های انتخابیه، زادبوم محوری و رقابت های محلی میان قلمروهای سیاسی اداری مبتنی بر پیروزی کاندیدای بومی و نقش آفرینی جغرافیای قدرت و حمایت در جهت تغییر مرزهای سیاسی – اداری و تاثیر بر نتایج انتخاباتی از مهمترین مولفه های تنش زا در چارچوب حوزه های انتخابیه بوده است.

analysis of the tense aspects of electoral zoning in the structure of administrative divisions (case study: constituencies of parliament in fars province)

the political organization of the space in the structure of electoral zoning plays an effective role in the process and functioning of electoral systems, the voting pattern, the victory of candidates and political factions, and ultimately the national. the growing trend of tensions in constituencies and between the political administrative realms of the administrative divisions raises the issue of what foundations these tensions are based on and what mechanism they follow. in this regard, by using the descriptive analytical method and by using the library resources, the constituencies of the islamic council in fars province, as one of the largest and most populated provinces in the country, were investigated and analyzed. the results of the research showed that factors such as the disproportionate population distribution of the constituencies, the increase of political administrative units within the constituencies, hometown oriented and local competitions between the political administrative territories based on the victory of the native candidate and the role played by the geography of power and support in the direction of change political administrative boundaries and the impact on election results have been one of the most important components of tension in the framework of constituencies.
