بررسی تاثیر عملکرد دهیاری‌ها بر رضایت روستاییان از کیفیت محیط کالبدی سکونتگاه‌های پیراشهری کلانشهر مشهد

دهیاری یک نهاد عمومی و غیردولتی است که وظیفه مدیریت روستایی کشور را بر عهده دارد و در سه جنبه اجتماعی، اقتصادی و محیطی کالبدی دارای وظایفی می‌باشد که از وظایف محیطی کالبدی آن صدور پروانه برای ساختمان‌ها و همکاری با بنیادمسکن در جهت تهیه طرح هادی و ارائه پیشنهادات لازم است همچنین لازم به ذکر است که در برهه‌هایی از تاریخ توسعه روستایی کشور، به کارگیری سازمان‌ها و نهادهای محلی به عنوان یکی از رویکردهای مدیریتی جوامع روستایی مورد توجه واقع شده است. در این راستا نهاد دهیاری در بسیاری از نواحی تشکیل شده است و نقش بسیار موثری در تسهیل خدمات دهیاری‌ها داشته است. یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف پژوهش آن است که عملکرد دهیاران و نقش آن‌ها را در بهبود وضعیت کالبدی و محیطی روستا مورد سنجش و بررسی قرار دهد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی است و به لحاظ ماهیت جزء تحقیق‌های توصیفی تحلیلی و پیمایشی طبقه‌بندی می‌گردد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش اسنادی و میدانی بهره گرفته شده و بر اساس آن با توجه به حجم نمونه جامعه آماری(997 خانوار) حجم نمونه خانوارهای مورد پرسشگری بر پایه فرمول کوکران برابر 130 خانوار بوده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که رابطه قوی بین عملکرد دهیاران و رضایت از کیفیت محیط کالبدی با آماره 0.718 و در سطح معناداری کمتر از 0.05 وجود دارد و بر پایه نتایج آزمون رگرسیون گام به گام پیش رونده که عملکرد دهیاران 62.2 درصد تغییرات رضایت از محیط کالبدی را در روستاهای مورد مطالعه را تبیین نموده و در بین مولفه‌های عملکرد دهیاران، ایجاد اماکن و فضاهای فرهنگی ورزشی – گردشگری با ضریب بتای 0.70 در گام اول و 0.43 در گام چهارم بیشترین اثرگذاری را بر رضایت روستاییان داشته است.

dehiari is a public and non governmental institution that is responsible for the rural management of the country and has duties in three social, economic and environmental physical aspects, among its environmental physical duties is issuing permits for buildings and cooperating with the housing foundation in order to prepare the hadi plan.in this regard, village assistance institutions have been formed in many areas and have played a very effective role in facilitating the services of village assistants. one of the most important goals of the research is to evaluate the performance of the villagers and their role in improving the physical and environmental condition of the village. the research method in this research is applied in terms of its purpose and it is classified as descriptive analytical and survey based on its nature. documentary and field methods were used to collect information, and according to the sample size of the statistical population (997 households), the sample size of the questioned households based on the cochran formula was equal to 130 households. the findings of the research show that there is a strong relationship between the performance of villagers and satisfaction with the quality of the physical environment with a statistic of 0.718 and a significance level of less than 0.05, and based on the results of the progressive stepwise regression test, the performance of villagers is 62.2%. it has explained the changes in satisfaction with the physical environment in the studied villages and among the components of villagers’ performance, the creation of cultural sports tourism places and spaces with a beta coefficient of 0.70 in the first step and 0.43 in the fourth step has the greatest effect on satisfaction. has had villagers.
