سنجش میزان موفقیت دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت در ارتقای مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای کارکنان جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان اهواز

هدف اصلی این پژوهش سنجش میزان موفقیت دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت در ارتقای مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای کارکنان جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان اهواز است. روش پژوهش آزمون t و آزمون f، رگرسیون و همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری مورد بررسی این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان شاغل در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان اهواز در سال 1397 تشکیل داده‌اند که طبق استعلام صورت گرفته از سازمان جهاد کشاورزی تعدا آنها 750 نفر می‌باشد که از این تعداد با استفاده از جدول مورگان 230 نفر، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده‌های مورد نیاز پژوهش از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شده است. داده‌های گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بین میزان موفقیت دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت بر حسب جنسیت و سطح تحصیلات تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. همچنین برای شناسایی عوامل موثر بر میزان موفقیت دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت از آزمون رگرسیون استفاده شد نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مولفه اثربخشی آموزش ضمن خدمت در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان و مولفه میزان افزایش دانش و مهارت اکتسابی کارکنان در سطح 95 درصد اطمینان معنی‌دار شده‌اند. همچنین رابطه معناداری بین ویژگی‌های فردی پاسخگویان (سطح تحصیلات و سابقه خدمت) با میزان موفقیت دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت وجود ندارد.

measuring the success rate of in-service training courses in improving the professional skills of ahvaz agricultural jihad employees

main goal of this research is to measure the success rate of in service training courses in improving the professional skills of the employees of the agricultural jihad of ahvaz city. the research method is t test and f test, regression and correlation. the statistical population investigated in this research is made up of all the employees working in the agricultural jihad organization of ahvaz city in 2017, according to the inquiry made by the agricultural jihad organization, there are 750 of them, of which 230 people are using morgan’s table. the title of the sample was selected. a standard questionnaire was used to collect the data required for the research. the collected data were analyzed using spss statistical software. the results showed that there is no statistically significant difference between the success rate of in service training courses according to gender and education level. also, regression test was used to identify the effective factors on the success rate of in service training courses. the results of the research showed that the effectiveness component of in service training was significant at the 99% confidence level and the component of the increase in knowledge and skills acquired by employees was significant at the 95% confidence level. are also, there is no significant relationship between the personal characteristics of the respondents (level of education and service experience) with the success rate of in service training courses.
