بررسی موانع گردشگری کودکان و ارائه راهکارهای توسعه آن در ایران (مطالعه موردی: شهر مشهد)

اهمیت مناسب بودن فضاهای شهری برای گروه‌های مختلف استفاده کننده از این فضاها، بر کسی پوشیده نیست. احداث محیط شهری سازگار با روحیات کودکان، سهم عمده‌ای در بلوغ اجتماعی و تکامل شخصیتی آنان خواهد داشت. تغییر در نوع زندگی و پیشرفت تکنولوژی در شهرها، به خصوص شهرهای بزرگ، زندگی کودکان را تغییر داده است، کودکان از تجربه‌های روزانه در دنیای طبیعی جدا شده‌اند. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی فضاهای فرهنگی، تفریحی و گردشگری شهر مشهد ویژه کودکان و بررسی موانع گردشگری کودکان و ارائه راهکارهای توانمندی و توسعه آن در شهر مشهد بوده است که شاخص‌های مورد بررسی را در سه بُعد کلی تقسم بندی کرده ایم که عبارتند از: بعد فیزیکی کالبدی، بعد بوم شناختی و بعد فرهنگی اجتماعی. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی، بررسی‌های میدانی و پرسشنامه بوده که تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با نرم افزار spss استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد، از بین مکان‌های گردشگری شهر مشهد مجتمع کوهسنگی با میانگین 3.8 نسبت به دیگر مکان‌ها از وضعیت بهتری در ارائه خدمات ویژه به کودکان برخوردار بوده در واقع این عملکرد مدیریت گردشگری در این مکان بوده که توانسته شرایط و امکانات بهتری را فراهم نماید. در پایان با توجه به رابطه همبستگی (پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی) بین عملکرد مکانیزم‌های اجرایی نشان داد که مکانیزم‌های اجرایی لازم جهت عملیاتی نمودن آئین‌نامه‌ها، استانداردها و معیارهای توسعه گردشگری کودکان در شهر مشهد وجود دارد اما این مکانیزم‌ها به دلایلی موجب گردیده‌اند تا طرح‌های مرتبط با حوزه تحقیق، ابه طور کامل اجرا نشوند. بنابراین در مطالعه حاضر سعی شده است تا با بکارگیری فرآیند برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی ضمن شناسایی توانمندی‌ها و محدودیت‌های گردشگری ویژه کودکان در شهر مشهد راه‌کارهایی ارائه و راهبردهای کاربردی برای بهبود فضاهای تفریحی و گردشگری در بخش گردشگری کودکان در شهر مشهد تعیین شود.

the study of obstacles in children’s tourism and providing solutions for its development in iran (case study: mashhad city)

the importance of the suitability of urban spaces for different groups using these spaces is not hidden from anyone. building an urban environment compatible with children’s moods will have a major contribution to their social maturity and personality development. the change in the way of life and the advancement of technology in cities, especially big cities, has changed the lives of children; children are separated from daily experiences in the natural world. the purpose of the present research was to evaluate the cultural, recreational, and tourism spaces of mashhad city, especially for children, and to examine the obstacles to children’s tourism and to provide solutions for its empowerment and development in mashhad city. physical, ecological, cultural and social dimensions. the descriptive analytical research method was based on library and documentary studies, field investigations, and questionnaires, and spss software was used to analyze the data. the findings show that among the tourist places of mashhad city, koh sangi complex with an average of 3.8 has a better status than other places in providing special services to children. it provides better conditions and facilities. in the end, according to the correlation relationship (pearson and linear regression) between the performances of executive mechanisms, it showed that there are necessary executive mechanisms to operationalize the regulations, standards, and criteria for the development of children’s tourism in mashhad, but this mechanism for somereasons, projects related to the field of research are not fully implemented. therefore, this study, by using the strategic planning process, while identifying the capabilities and limitations of children’s tourism in the city of mashhad, has tried to provide solutions and practical strategies to be determined to improve the recreational and tourism spaces in the children’s tourism sector in the city of mashhad.
