توسعه کارآفرینی زنان روستایی؛ چشم اندارها و چالشها

در عصر حاضر توجه بسیاری از کشورهای جهان به مقوله کارآفرینی و توسعه آن موجب شکل‌گیری موجی از سیاستهای توسعه‌کارآفرینی در دنیا شده است. کشورهای دنیا برای غلبه بر مشکلات اقتصادی و اجتماعی خود راه‌حلهای متفاوتی را در نظر گرفته‌اند. به‌دلیل نقش و جایگاه مهم روستاها در فرآیند توسعه همه‌جانبه و پیامدهای ناگوار بی‌توجهی به آن مانند شکاف عمیق بین زندگی شهری و روستایی، رشد جمعیت، فقر گسترده و افزایش مهاجرت بی‌رویه روستائیان به شهرها باعث شده توسعه‌روستایی بر توسعه‌شهری اولویت داشته باشد. در این بین، توانمندسازی زنان‌روستایی از طریق فعالیتهای‌کارآفرینانه، به عنوان یکی از گروههای تاثیرگذار در فرآیند توسعه از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است .کارآفرینی به عنوان یکی از کم هزینه‌ترین ابزارها، بهترین نتیجه و بیشترین کارایی جهت توسعه جامعه را به همراه دارد، از این رو فراهم کردن بستر اجتماعی لازم برای توسعه آن از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. اما علی رغم این موضوع، ورود زنان به عرصه کارآفرینی همواره با موانع و محدودیتهای زیادی روبه‌رو بوده است و عوامل گوناگونی مانع از بروز و رشد استعدادهای بالقوه زنان در عرصه کارآفرینی شده است. پرسشی که در این زمینه مطرح می شود این است که چگونه می شود در زنان تمایل به کارآفرینی را ایجاد کرد تا در آنها مقاصد و نیت کارآفرینانه و طبع روحیه‌کارآفرینانه، برای تصمیم‌‌ به راه اندازی یک کسب‌وکار ایجاد شود.

in the present era, the attention of many countries of the world to the category of entrepreneurship and its development has led to the formation of a wave of entrepreneurship development policies in the world. the countries of the world have considered different solutions to overcome their economic and social problems. due to the important role and place of villages in the process of all round development and the unfortunate consequences of neglecting it, such as the deep gap between urban and rural life, population growth, widespread poverty, and the increase in the indiscriminate migration of villagers to cities, rural development has caused priority should be given to urban development. meanwhile, empowering rural women through entrepreneurial activities is of particular importance as one of the influential groups in the development process. entrepreneurship, as one of the least expensive tools, brings the best result and the most efficiency for the development of the society, therefore, providing the necessary social platform for its development is of particular importance. but in spite of this issue, the entry of women into the field of entrepreneurship has always faced many obstacles and restrictions, and various factors have prevented the emergence and growth of the potential talents of women in the field of entrepreneurship. the question that is raised in this context is how to create a desire for entrepreneurship in women so that they have entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial spirit to decide to start a business.
