ارزیابی روند توسعه فیزیکی شهر ایذه با استفاده از مدل lcm

روند افزایشی جمعیت نقش مهمی در روند توسعه فیزیکی نواحی سکونتگاهی و همچنین تغییرات کاربری اراضی دارد. شهر ایذه از جمله شهرهایی است که در طی سال‌های اخیر با رشد جمعیتی زیادی مواجه شده است. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در این پژوهش به ارزیابی روند تغییرات کاربری اراضی و توسعه فیزیکی نواحی سکونتگاهی محدوده شهری و حاشیه شهری ایذه پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش از مدل رقومی ارتفاعی 30 متر، تصاویر ماهواره لندست و لایه‌های رقومی اطلاعاتی به‌عنوان داده‌های تحقیق استفاده شده است. مهم‌ترین نرم‌افزارهای تحقیق envi (به‌منظور پیش‌پردازش تصاویر ماهواره‌ای و تهیه نقشه‌های کاربری اراضی)، idrisi (به‌منظور اجرای مدل lcm) و arcgis (به‌منظور تهیه نقشه‌های نهایی) بوده است. در این تحقیق، ابتدا نقشه‌های کاربری اراضی محدوده مطالعاتی تهیه شده و سپس روند توسعه فیزیکی نواحی سکونتگاهی محدوده ارزیابی شده است و در ادامه، این روند برای سال 2035 پیش‌بینی شده است. بر اساس نتایج حاصله، وسعت نواحی سکونتگاهی محدوده مطالعاتی به میزان قابل‌توجهی افزایش یافته است به‌‌طوری‌که این کاربری در سال 1993، 4.3 کیلومترمربع وسعت داشته است که این میزان در طی سال‌های 2002، 2013 و 2020 به ترتیب به 5.6، 8.8 و 11.5 کیلومترمربع افزایش یافته است. همچنین روند توسعه فیزیکی محدوده مطالعاتی برای سال 2035 پیش‌بینی شده است که بر اساس نتایج حاصله، وسعت نواحی سکونتگاهی محدوده شهری و حاشیه شهری ایذه تا سال 2035 به 17.7 کیلومترمربع افزایش خواهد یافت.

the increasing trend of population plays an important role in the physical development of residential areas as well as land use changes. the city of izeh is one of the cities that has seen a large number of population growth in recent years. given the importance of the subject, this study evaluates the process of land use change and physical development of residential areas of the urban area and urban margins of izeh. in this study, the 30 meter high altitude model, landste satellite images and digital layers of information were used as research data. envi’s most important research software (for the satellite images and land use maps), idrisi (for the implementation of the lcm model) and arcgis (for final map preparation). in this study, the land use maps were first prepared and then the physical development process of the living areas of the area was evaluated, and this process was predicted for 2035. based on the results, the area of settlement areas has increased significantly, with this use in 1993, 4.3 km2, which is in the years 2002, 2013 and 2020 to 2020. the order has increased to 5.6, 8.8 and 11.5 km2. the physical development process of the study area has also been predicted for 2035, according to the results, the area of urban and urban settlement areas of izeh will increase to 17.7 km2 by 2035.
