ارزیابی مناسب‌سازی معابر شهر گرگان مبتنی بر نیاز معلولین

سر زندگی، شادابی و پویائی شهرها در فضاهای شهری بخوبی محسوس است و این فضاها نقش بسیار مهمی در نگهداری این سر زندگی دارند. شهر مطلوب به شهری گفته می شود که پاسخ گوی نیاز های افراد جامعه از هر طیف و قشری از جمله کودکان، سالمندان، معلولین و افراد سالم باشد. افراد معلول به دلایل فیزیکی در مقایسه با افراد عادی توانایی کمتری برای استفاده از فضاهای عمومی دارند. ارائه راهکارهای ویژه برای برآورده کردن نیازهای معلولان و ساده‌کردن زندگی آنها، نیازمند توجه‌ویژه مدیران‌شهری است. در این‌راستا، مجموعه از قوانین و دستورالعمل‌ها تدوین شده است. وظیفه طراحان‌شهری تفسیر این دستور العمل‌ها به‌شیوه‌ای است که شهری زیبا و قابل دسترس برای همگان و به‌خصوص معلولین به وجود آورند. بدون شک تعداد زیادی از افراد معلول و ناتوان به نسبت دیگر افراد غیر معلول بیشتر وقت خود را در منزل سپری می‌کنند و مهم‌ترین عاملی که سبب این امر شده، فراهم نبودن تسهیلات و امکانات رفاهی اولیه جهت حضور آن‌ها می باشد. به‌طوری‌که در این مقاله سعی شده که با در نظر گرفتن برخی اقدامات قبل از اجرا، علاوه بر صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌های آتی، فرهنگ اهمیت به قشر کم‌توان در جامعه را عمومیت بخشیم. روش پژوهش در این مقاله روش تحلیلی‌‌-توصیفی است در این مقاله به بررسی چالش‌ها و ارائه راهکارها پرداخته‌ایم.
