ارزیابی تحقق پذیری شهر هوشمند اهواز با توجه به شرایط کنونی مولفه های کلیدی

در اثر مشکلات فراوان ناشی از رشد شهرنشینی از یکسو؛ و سلطۀ پارادایم ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و نیز پیشرفت های شگرف فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و توانمندی های قابل توجۀ آن، امروزه شهرهای هوشمند به عنوان راهبردی کارآمد در جهت حل معضلات و چالش های ناشی از شهرنشینی سریع مورد توجه می باشد. شهر اهواز نیز در سالیان اخیر به شدت با رشد شهرنشینی سریع مواجه بوده است؛ با مشکلات عدیدۀ بسیاری مواجه می باشد. اما مسئله این است، این کلانشهر، اکنون، هوشمند نبوده و در آغاز راه است؛ پس سوال این است که وضعیت مولفه های تحقق شهر هوشمند در شرایط کنونی اهواز چگونه است؟ لذا این پژوهش به دنبال سنجش وضعیت مولفه های کلیدی تحقق شهر هوشمند و رتبه بندی این مولفه ها در کلانشهر اهواز است. این مقاله در زمرۀ پژوهش های کاربردی- توسعه ای محسوب می گردد. سوال محور بوده و به صورت اسنادی- کتابخانه ای و پیمایشی انجام شده است؛ که در سنجش وضعیت مولفه ها، از نظرکارشناسان شاغل اجرایی در نهادها و سازمان های اهواز، درگیر در فرآیند هوشمند شدن شهر استفاده گردیده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه الکترونیکی محقق ساخته مبتنی بر طیف پنج درجه ای لیکرت می باشد؛ که در جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های آماری میانگین، t تک نمونه ای و رتبه بندی فریدمن با استفاده از نرم افزار spss بهره گرفته شده است. نمونۀ آماری این پژوهش، 380 نمونه است که با روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی و شبکه ای نظارت شده انتخاب گردیدند. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، وضعیت مولفه های کلیدی تحقق شهر هوشمند در کلانشهر اهواز به غیر از مردم هوشمند، دارای وضعیت نامناسبی ارزیابی نمود؛ ضمن آن که محیط هوشمند و سپس حکمروایی هوشمند در نازل ترین وضعیت قرار دارند.

assessing the realization of the smart city of ahvaz according to the current conditions of the key components

due to the many problems caused by urban growth on the one hand; and the dominance of the paradigm of improving the quality of life, as well as the remarkable advances in information and communication technology and its remarkable capabilities, smart cities today are considered as an effective strategy to solve the problems and challenges of rapid urbanization.the city of ahvaz has also experienced rapid urbanization in recent years; it faces many problems. but the problem is, this metropolis is not smart now, and it is just the beginning; so the question is what is the situation of the components of the realization of the smart city in the current situation of ahvaz? therefore, this study seeks to assess the status of key components of smart city realization and ranking of these components in the metropolis of ahvaz. this article is considered among applied-developmental researches. it is question-oriented and has been done in a document-library and survey form;, which has been used in assessing the status of components, executive experts working in institutions and organizations in ahvaz involved in the process of smartening the city. the data collection tool is a researcher-made electronic questionnaire based on a five-point likert scale; in order to analyze the data, statistical tests of mean, one-sample t-test and friedman ranking were used using spss software. the statistical sample of this study is 380 samples that were selected by snowball sampling and supervised network. based on the research findings, the situation of the key components of the realization of a smart city in the metropolis of ahvaz, with the exception of smart people, was assessed as unfavorable. at the same time, the smart environment and then smart governance are in the lowest state.
