آموزش برای توسعه گردشگری پایدار با تاکید بر آموزش مجازی

صنعت گردشگری یکی از مهمترین و پرجاذبه‌ترین فعالیتها در جهان امروز است که در طول زمان، به یکی از بزرگترین و سریع‌ترین بخش‌های اقتصادی در جهان تبدیل شده است و به عنوان موتور توسعه تلقی می‌شود. یکی از چالش‌های صنعت گردشگری، کاهش شکاف بین برنامه‌های آموزشی فعلی گردشگری و نیازهای نیروی کار است زیرا توسعه شدید صنعت گردشگری نیاز به نیروی کار ماهر و واجد شرایط دارد. از آنجا که آموزش ابزاری کلیدی برای دست‏یابی به پایداری است، برنامه‌های آموزشی اثربخش می‌توانند بخشی اساسی از برنامه‌های پایداری گردشگری را تامین کنند. بنابراین آموزش گردشگری در آماده‌سازی بازیگران اصلی خط مقدم برای مقابله با دوره بهبود در بخش گردشگری بسیار حائز اهمیت است. در این مقاله مروری با استفاده از منابع الکترونیکی و منابع مکتوب ضمن اشاره به اهمیت برنامه‌های آموزشی در ارتقاء توسعه گردشگری بویژه آموزش مجازی پیشنهاداتی ارائه شده است.

the tourism industry is one of the most important and attractive activities in the world today, which over time has become one of the largest and fastest economic sectors in the world and is considered as the engine of development. one of the challenges of the tourism industry is to reduce the gap between the current educational programs of tourism and the needs of the workforce because the rapid development of the tourism industry requires skilled and qualified workforce. since education is a key tool to achieve sustainability, effective education programs can provide an essential part of tourism sustainability programs. therefore, tourism education is very important in preparing the main frontline players to deal with the recovery period in the tourism sector. in this review article, using electronic resources and written resources, while pointing out the importance of educational programs in the promotion of tourism development, especially virtual education, suggestions are provided.keywords: virtual education, tourism, sustainable development, economy
