نقش ساختار مدیریت شهری در توسعه فرهنگ شهر و شهرنشینی ( مطالعه موردی: شهربابک)

اداره یک شهر بدون مدیریت امکان پذیر نیست. گسترش شهرها، طراحان، برنامه ریزان و کارشناسان امور شهری را به مطالعه بیشتر در ابعاد گوناگون توسعه مناطق شهری و تجزیه و تحلیل وجوه گوناگون مدیریت شهری به منظور ارائه راهکارهای نوین واداشته است. مدیریت شهری باید برای آگاه سازی عمومی و ایجاد و ارتقای فرهنگ شهرنشینی، گسترش شهروند مداری و آموزش شهروندان در زمینه های مختلف کارکرد و فعالیت فرهنگی داشته باشد.بنابراین در پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مو ثر در بهبود ساختار مدیریت شهری و تاثیردر آن توسعه فرهنگ شهر و شهرنشینی شهربابک مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این راستا با این فرض که مدیریت شهری شهربابک تنها با مشارکت شهروندان، حفظ حقوق شهروندی و ارائه خدمات مناسب به آنان می تواند در اداره امور بیش تر فرهنگ شهر و شهر نشینی موفق باشد؛به نقش و عملکرد مدیریت شهری شهربابک پرداخته است.در مجموع روش این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی، کاربردی و مبتنی برپیمایش می باشد. در این روش از گردآوری اطلاعات، مطالعات اسنادی ومیدانی( تهیه پرسشنامه) استفاده شده است وجامعه مورد مطالعه شهر شهربابک وحجم نمونه 382 نفر می باشد که جهت ورود اطلاعات و داده ها وتجزیه تحلیل آنها نیز از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتیجه اینکه ساختار مدیریت شهری شهربابک از انسجام، انعطاف پذیری، کارامدی و مشارکت لازم برخوردار نیست و نیاز است جهت ارتقای فرهنگ شهرو شهرنشینی شهروندان شهربابکی توجه بیشتر وبرنامه ریزی دقیقتری داشته باشد. بنابراین آکاه سازی، آموزش و توانمندسازی شهروندان جهت ارتقای مهارتها و کسب عادت‌های صحیح زندگی اجتماعی پیش شرط لازم در اداره امور شهر می باشد و این امر نیاز به برنامه ریزی وسیاستگذاری اجتماعی دارد که مدیریت شهری شهربابک می تواند تنها از این طریق به توسعه فرهنگ شهر و شهر نشینی نزدیکتر شود

the role of urban management structure in urban culture development and urbanization (case study: shahrbabak)

it is not possible to manage a city without management. the expansion of cities, designers, planners and urban affairs experts to further study the various aspects of urban development and analysis of urban management dimensions to create new solutions. urban management should be for public information and creating and promoting the culture of urbanization, expanding citizenship and educating citizens in different fields. therefore, in this study, identifying the factors affecting the improvement of urban management structure and its impact on the development of urban culture and urbanization of shahrbabak has been considered. urban management in shahrbabak with the participation of citizens, protecting citizenship rights and providing appropriate services to them can be successful in the culture of the city and urbanization, this research has addressed the role and function of urban management in shahrbabak. this research is descriptive analytical, applied and based on research. in this research, data collection, documentary and field studies (questionnaire preparation) have been used and the study population of shahrbabak city and the sample size is 382 people who have been used spss software to enter the information and data and analyze them. the urban management structure of shahrbabak does not have the necessary cohesion, flexibility, efficiency and participation, and it is necessary to pay more attention and more careful planning to grow the culture of the city and urbanization of citizens in shahrbabak. so informing, educating and empowering citizens to improve their skills and acquiring the correct habits of social life is a necessary prerequisite in the administration of city affairs and this requires planning and social policy making. urban management of shahrbabak can be closer to the development of urban culture and urbanization by planning and policy making.
