راهبردهای زنجیره تامین کشاورزی و غذا در دوران کرونا و پساکرونا: تحلیل swot

صنعت کشاورزی غذا به عنوان محرک اساسی برای رشد اقتصادی و کاهش فقر در بسیاری کشورها از ارزش قابل توجهی برخوردار است. در کارکرد مطلوب زنجیره تامین محصولات کشاورزی و غذایی، مولفه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی متعددی دخیل هستند. به عنوان یکی از این عوامل، همه‌گیری کرونا سیستم‌های کشاورزی غذایی را به سمت چالش‌های متعددی سوق داده است که در صورت تداوم یا اتمام دوره بیماری باید به آنها رسیدگی شود. در این منظر، دستیابی به راهبردهای زنجیره تامین کشاورزی غذایی دوران پساکرونا از اهمیت ویژه برای برخوردار است. بنابراین، هدف این مطالعه تجزیه و تحلیل تاثیر همه گیری کرونا بر زنجیره تامین محصولات کشاورزی غذایی و ارائه راهبردهایی بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل swot به منظور به حداقل رساندن پیامدهای این بیماری در دوران پساکرونا است. در این مطالعه اطلاعات مورد نیاز به روش مروری با بررسی جامع ادبیات شامل اسناد راهبردی، مجلات علمی و داده‌های سازمان غذا و کشاورزی بدست آمد. بر اساس نتایج همه‌گیری کرونا تاثیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم قابل توجهی بر عرضه و تقاضای محصولات کشاورزی و همچنین ناامنی غذایی داشته است که این مطالعه راهبردهایی برای مواجهه با این چالش‌ها ارائه نموده است.

agri food supply chain strategies during the corona and post corona era: swot analysis

the agri food industry has a significant value as the main driver for economic growth and poverty reduction in many countries. many economic, social and environmental components are involved in the optimal functioning of the supply chain of agricultural and food products. as one of these factors, the corona epidemic has led the agri food systems to several challenges that must be addressed if the disease period continues or ends. in this perspective, achieving the strategies of the agri food supply chain in the post corona era is of special importance. therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze the impact of the corona epidemic on the supply chain of agri food products and to provide strategies based on swot analysis in order to minimize the consequences of this disease in the post corona era. in this study, the required information was obtained through a comprehensive literature review, including strategic documents, scientific journals, and data from the food and agriculture organization. based on the results of the corona epidemic, it has had a significant direct and indirect effect on the supply and demand of agricultural products, as well as food insecurity, and this study has presented strategies to face these challenges.
