نقش و ضرورت کارآفرینی در توسعه روستایی و کشاورزی

امروزه کارآفرینی از جمله موثرترین راه های تقویت خلاقیت و نوآوری در میان افراد است. پژوهش‌ها نشان می دهند کارآفرینی ارتباط مستقیمی با پیشرفت و توسعه یک کشور دارد. در این راستا یکی از نیازهای جدی جامعه روستایی ایران که با مشکلات عدیده‌ای از جمله فقر، بیکاری، مهاجرت، ناامنی غذایی و... مواجه است، توسعه و آموزش کارآفرینی است و با توجه به ارتباط آموزش های کارآفرینی و توسعه روستایی لازم است این امر به طور جدی در برنامه‌های آموزشی کشور در جامعه به طور عام و در روستاها به طور خاص ظاهر شود. این مقاله به روش مروری و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و جستجو در سایت های اینترنتی، با هدف بررسی نقش کارآفرینی در برنامه های توسعه روستایی گردآوری شده و تلاش دارد با ارائه اهمیت کار آفرینی در کشاورزی، راهکارهای موثر در ترویج این فرایند را به منظور دستیابی به اهداف توسعه کشاورزی و روستایی مطرح نماید.

the role and necessity of entrepreneurship in rural and agricultural development

today, entrepreneurship is one of the most effective ways to strengthen creativity and innovation among people. research shows that entrepreneurship has a direct relationship with the progress and development of a country. in this regard, one of the serious needs of the rural society of iran, which is facing many problems such as poverty, unemployment, food insecurity, etc., is the development and training of entrepreneurship, and considering the relationship between entrepreneurship training and rural development, this is necessary to appear seriously in the educational programs of the country in the society in general and in the villages in particular. the present article has been compiled by a review method and using library resources and searching on internet sites, with the aim of investigating the role of entrepreneurship in rural development programs, and it tries to present the importance of entrepreneurship in agriculture, effective solutions in promoting this process in order to achieve the goals of agricultural and rural development.
