بررسی و ارزیابی تاثیرگذاری مخاطرات بر توسعه توریسم (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان مشکین‌شهر)

گسترش و توسعه صنعت توریسم به عنوان بخشی از ابعاد توسعه اجتماعی و فرهنگی هر کشور در کنار توجه به درآمدزایی، اشتغال‌زایی و مقوله اقتصاد و فرهنگ از اهمیت شایان توجهی برخوردار است. به عبارتی شناسایی و مدیریت ریسک یکی از رویکردهای است که برای ارتقا بخشیدن سیستم‌ها مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و ارزیابی تاثیرگذاری مخاطرات بر توسعه توریسم شهرستان مشکین‌شهر است. تحقیق حاضر به صورت توصیفی و تحلیل و به کمک دو جامعه آماری مرتبط با گردشگری یعنی توریست‌های داخلی وارد شده به شهرستان مشکین‌شهر و مسئولین فعال در صنعت گردشگری منطقه به بررسی مخاطرات تاثیرگذار در توسعه توریسم پرداخته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که احتمال وقوع خطر بهداشتی و محیطی از نظر گردشگران با مقدار 3/75 بیش‌ترین امتیاز را جهت تهدید توسعه توریسم به خود اختصاص داده است. هم‌چنین احتمال وقوع خطر ساختاری و عملکردی از نظر مسئولین با امتیاز 3/26 دارای بیش‌ترین تاثیرگذاری بر توسعه توریسم منطقه مورد مطالعه دارد. در نهایت بر اساس نتایج حاصله مجموع امتیازات پاسخگویان بر تاثیرگذاری مخاطرات ذکرشده نشان داد که با مقدار 2/89 از حد متوسط مخاطره پایین بوده و تاثیرات چندانی بر توسعه توریسم شهرستان مشکین‌شهر ندارد. بنابراین نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود با توسعه در بخش‌های احتمالی خطر می‌توان احتمالات خطر در جهت توسعه توریسم را به حداقل رساند تا منجر به توسعه صنعت گردشگری در شهرستان مشکین‌شهر شود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود با توسعه رفاهی، اقتصادی، بهداشتی، زیرساختی و حقوقی در سال‌های آتی منجر به پیشرفت روزافزون صنعت توریسم در سطح شهرستان مشکین‌شهر شود.

investigating and evaluating the impact of hazards on tourism development (case study: meshkinshahr city)

the expansion and development of the tourism industry as a part of the social and cultural development dimensions of any country, along with paying attention to income generation, employment generation and the category of economy and culture, is of considerable importance. in other words, risk identification and management is one of the approaches used to improve systems. the purpose of this research is to investigate and evaluate the impact of hazards on the development of tourism in meshkinshahr city. the present research is descriptive and analytical and with the help of two statistical communities related to tourism, domestic tourists who entered meshkinshahr city and officials active in the tourism industry of the region, has investigated the risks affecting the development of tourism. the results of the research showed that the of health and environmental risk from the of view of tourists with a value of 3.75 was assigned the highest score for the threat of tourism development. also, according to officials, the possibility of structural and functional risk with a score of 3.26 has the most impact on the development of tourism in the studied area. finally, based on the results, the total scores of the respondents on the impact of the mentioned risks showed that with a value of 2.89, the risk is low and does not have much impact on the tourism development of meshkinshahr city. therefore, it can be concluded that by developing in the possible areas of risk, the possibility of risk in the direction of tourism development can be minimized to lead to the development of the tourism industry in meshkinshahr city, it is suggested that with welfare, economic, health, infrastructural and legal development in the coming years, it will lead to the increasing progress of the tourism industry at the level of meshkinshahr city.
