تحلیل عوامل بازدارنده و پیش برنده توسعه تعاونیهای تولید روستایی شرق کرمانشاه(سنقر، صحنه و کنگاور)

بخش تعاونی در کنار سایر بخش‌های دولتی و خصوصی که برای رسیدن به کارایی با شکست های متعدد مواجه هستند به عنوان زیرمجموعه ی بخش سوم(اقتصاد اجتماعی) به شمار می رود. تعاونی ها با دارا بودن اصولی مانند عضویت آزاد و اختیاری، کنترل دموکراتیک، سود محدود سرمایه، مازاد درآمد و آموزش و همکاری در میان اعضای تعاونی، می توانند بستر مناسبی برای فعالیت و موفقیت افراد با سرمایه کم اما با توانایی زیاد باشند. به طور کلی، می توان گفت تعاونی ها سیاست مناسبی جهت حمایت از سرمایه های غیرمتمرکز موجود در جامعه و نیز در جهت ایجاد اشتغال و کاهش نرخ بیکاری است. بنابراین این تحقیق به دنبال شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده و پیش برنده توسعه تعاونی های تولید روستایی می باشد. این مطالعه به روش توصیفی پیمایشی با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی متناسب با حجم طبقه در بین 226 نفر از اعضای تعاونی های تولید شهرستان های سنقر، صحنه و کنگاور انجام شد. روایی پرسشنامه با بهره گیری از نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردید میزان آلفا برای هر یک از متغیرهای تحقیق قابل قبول بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزار spss انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از مقایسه میانگین بین دیدگاه پاسخگویان نسبت به عوامل بازدارنده و پیش برنده و متغیرهایی نظیر جنسیت و سن تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود ندارد. در حالی که بین دیدگاه پاسخگویان نسبت به عوامل بازدارنده و پیش برنده و متغیر سطح تحصیلات تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از همبستگی نشان داد بین دیدگاه پاسخگویان نسبت به عوامل بازدارنده و پیش برنده و متغیرهای سابقه عضویت و تعداد دوره آموزشی رابطه آماری معناداری وجود دارد.

Analysis of factors preventing and promoting the development of rural production cooperatives in the east of Kermanshah(Songhor, Sahne and Kangavar)

The cooperative sector, along with other public and private sectors that face many failures to achieve efficiency, is considered as a subset of the third sector (social economy). By having principles such as free and optional membership, democratic control, limited capital profit, excess income and training and cooperation among cooperative members, cooperatives can be a suitable platform for the activity and success of people with little capital but with great ability. In general, it can be said that cooperatives are a suitable policy to support the decentralized funds in the society and also to create employment and reduce the unemployment rate. Therefore, this research seeks to identify the factors that prevent and promote the development of rural production cooperatives. This study was carried out by a descriptivesurvey method with a random sampling method according to the size of the floor among 226 members of production cooperatives in Songhor, Sahne and Kangavar cities. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using experts’ opinions and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha test. The alpha level was acceptable for each of the research variables. Data analysis was done by SPSS software. The results of the average comparison between the respondents’ views regarding the preventing and promoting factors and variables such as gender and age do not have a statistically significant difference. While there is a statistically significant difference between the views of the respondents regarding the preventing and promoting factors and the education level variable. Also, the results of the correlation showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the views of the respondents regarding the preventing and promoting factors and the variables of membership history and the number of training courses.
