ارایه راهکارهای طراحی مسکن در بافت فرسوده شهری با رویکرد تاب آوری

بافت های فرسوده شهر نیز که دارای فرسودگی کالبدی، کارکردی و عملکردی می باشند در مقابله و مواجهه با بحران های ذکرشده دارای آسیب پذیری بالا و تاب آوری پایین هستند لذا لزوم مداخله در این بافت ها در جهت ایجاد تعادل، هماهنگی میان بنیان های زندگی اجتماعی، اقتصادی و بهبود کالبد شهری بیش ازپیش حائز اهمیت می باشد. روش تحقیق این پژوهش، کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا است. ابتدا با مراجعه به منابع معتبر و گردآوری مطالب و همچنین با بررسی نمونه های موردی در جهت تدقیق داده ها، اطلاعات، شامل معیارهای تاب آوری و شاخص های بافت فرسوده شهری به عنوان دو قطب اصلی این پژوهش ارایه شده است. هدف از تحقیق شناسایی شاخصها و عوامل موثر بر ابعاد تاب آوری در بافت های فرسوده شهری و ارائه راهکاری طراحی مسکن با رویکرد تاب آوری می باشد. نتایج تحقیق با توجه به مطالعات مروری نشان میدهد که ابعاد تاب آوری در بافتهای فرسوده شهری از نظر بعد کالبدی محیطی، بعد اجتماعی، بعد سازمانینهادی و بعد اقتصادی در وضعیت مطلوبی قرارندارند ویافته های تحقیق منجربه ارایه راهکارهای طراحی در این گونه بافت ها گردید.
