بررسی اصول و دیدگاه ها ی حکمرانی خوب شهری در راستای تحقق توسعه پایدار شهری

تلاش همه جانبه در راستای توسعه شهرها به ویژه درکشورهای در حال توسعه ضرورتی اجتناب ناپذیر در ادامه حیات آنها تلقی گردیده است. تحقق این امر با حکمروایی خوب شهری امکان پذیر خواهد بود. این مفهوم به‌ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه و در استقرار و نهادینه‌سازی جامعة مدنی جایگاه ویژه‌ و کلیدی دارد . در حکمروایی خوب شهری تلاش می‌شود نظام پیچیدة امروزی درزمینة مدیریت شهرها بهبود و با ادارة مردمی شهر و تقویت نهادهای عمومی، دولتی و خصوصی، دیدگاه ها و نظریه‌های توسعة پایدار و شهرهای انسان‌گرا را محقق سازد. تحقیق حاضر، از جنبة هدف، در زمرة تحقیقات توسعه ای و کاربردی قرار میگیرد و روش انجام آن توصیفی تحلیلی است. با توجه به ماهیت و نوع موضوع مورد مطالعه، گردآوری اطلاعات بر مبنای روش کتابخانه ای و اسنادی بوده است.نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد ارتباط مستقیم بین پیاده سازی حکمرانی خوب شهری و تحقق توسعه شهری وجود دارد.

Investigating the principles and perspectives of good urban governance in order to achieve sustainable urban development

Comprehensive efforts for the development of cities, especially in developing countries, have been considered an inevitable necessity for their survival. This will be possible with good urban governance. This concept has a special and key place, especially in developing countries and in the establishment and institutionalization of civil society. In good urban governance, efforts are made to improve today’s complex system of urban management and to realize the views and theories of sustainable development and humanistic cities by governing the city and strengthening public, public and private institutions. The present research, in terms of purpose, is in the category of developmental and applied research and its method is descriptiveanalytical. Due to the nature and type of subject matter, data collection was based on library and documentary methods. The results show that there is a direct relationship between the implementation of good urban governance and the realization of The urban development.
