چکیده
|
بزهکاری ازجمله مهم‌ترین معضلات اجتماعی در اکثر شهرهای جهان است که بر زندگی افراد تاثیرات منفی روحی، جسمی و مالی می‌گذارد. در سال های اخیر، علاقه و توجه وافری به تحلیل رابطه مکان و بزهکاری و مطالعه تاثیر متقابل انسان و محیط و شرایط و زمینه ها در شکل گیری الگوهای مکانی بزهکاری به وجود آمده است. شناسایی عوامل محیطی و مکانی بروز جرم و سعی در از بین بردن این عوامل و یا کاهش اثرات آن، مهم ترین راهکار پیشگیری از وقوع ناهنجاری ها شناخته شده است این مقاله باهدف تحلیل فضایی بزهکاری شهرستان چالوس انجام‌شده است. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر تحلیلی و تطبیقی است و برای شناسایی و درک الگوهای مکانی بزهکاری در از مدل موران جهانی در محیط سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی gis استفاده‌شده، که اطلاعات موردنیاز از میزان و نوع جرائم به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای اخذشده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که کانون‌های جرم خیز در شهرستان چالوس به صورت خوشه ای می باشد.

Abstract
|
Delinquency is one of the most important social problems in most cities of the world that has a negative impact on people’s lives, mental, physical and financial. In recent years, there has been a great deal of interest and attention in analyzing the relationship between place and crime and studying the interaction between humans and the environment and the conditions and contexts in the formation of spatial patterns of crime. Identifying environmental and spatial factors of crime and trying to eliminate these factors or reduce its effects is known as the most important way to prevent the occurrence of anomalies. This article has been done with the aim of spatial analysis of crime in Chalous city. The research method in the present study is analytical and comparative and to identify and understand the spatial patterns of delinquency, the global Moran model has been used in the GIS system, where the required information on the amount and type of crime has been obtained as a library. Findings of the present study show that crime hotspots in Chalous city are clustered.
