ارزیابی عملکرد مولفه‌های کیفیت محیط شهری و نقش آن در ارتقاء رضایت شهروندان (مطالعة موردی: شهر یزد)

هم‌زمان با پدیدار شدن بحران‌های محیطی، کیفیت محیط به‌عنوان بخشی از مفهوم کلی کیفیت زندگی شناخته شد. این مفهوم به‌عنوان بازتاب همه‌جانبه احساس شخص از سلامتی، شامل همه عواملی که در رضایتمندی انسان نقش دارند، فرض شده است. مقاله حاضر باهدف ارزیابی عملکرد مولفه‌های کیفیت محیط شهری و نقش آن در ارتقاء رضایت شهروندان با ارائه یک مدل به‌منظور ارزیابی کیفیت محیط شهری یزد طراحی‌شده است و سعی شده که با توصیف و تبیین مفهوم کیفیت محیط، مولفه تاثیرگذار بر آن و همچنین نحوه سنجش این مفهوم را در محیط شهر بررسی کند. این تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی، ازنظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، 400 پرسشنامه (بر اساس فرمول کوکران) به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌بندی‌شده در بین ساکنان توزیع‌شده است. روش‌شناسی این پژوهش بر مبنای روش‌های آزمون t تک و دو نمونه‌ای، آزمون واریانس و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده‌شده است. مبنای سنجش کیفیت محیط در شهر یزد، معیار رضایتمندی از مولفه‌های کیفیت محیط شهری از دیدگاه ساکنین است. بر اساس یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده از پژوهش حاضر، مولفه‌های کیفیت محیط شهری با توجه به مدل نظری پژوهش که در پنج سطح طبقه‌بندی‌شده است با توجه به ضرایب استاندارد، در سطح چهارم ویژگی‌های خدمات بهداشتی (0/96)، امنیت و روابط اجتماعی (0/92)، خدمات اجتماعی (0/88) و میزان صدا با ضریب (0/85)، بیشترین تاثیر را در مولفه‌های کیفیت محیط شهری داشته است. در سطح سوم بیشترین تاثیر در مولفه‌ها، ویژگی‌های کارکردی (1/08)، اجتماعی (0/78) و هزینه واحد مسکونی (0/74) بوده و درنهایت در مولفه‌های سطح دوم که یکی از اهداف اصلی پژوهش بوده، کیفیت محیط سکونتی با ضریب (0/94)، بیشترین تاثیر را در کیفیت محیط شهری یزد داشته است.

Evaluating the performance of the quality components of the urban environment and its role in promoting citizen satisfaction (Case study: Yazd city)

With the emergence of environmental crises, environmental quality was recognized as part of the overall concept of quality of life. This concept is assumed to be a comprehensive reflection of a person’s sense of health, including all the factors that play a role in human satisfaction. The present article has been designed to evaluate the performance of quality components of urban environment and its role in promoting citizen satisfaction by presenting a model to evaluate the quality of urban environment in Yazd. Check in the city environment. This research is a survey type in terms of applied purpose, in terms of nature and method. To collect information, 400 questionnaires (based on Cochran’s formula) were randomly distributed among residents. The methodology of this research is based on one and two sample t test methods, analysis of variance and confirmatory factor analysis. The basis for measuring the quality of the environment in the Yazd city is the criterion of satisfaction with the components of the quality of the urban environment from the perspective of residents. Based on the findings of the present study, the components of urban environmental quality according to the theoretical model of the research, which is classified into five levels according to standard coefficients, in the fourth level of health service characteristics (0.96), security and social relations (0.92 ), Social services (0.88) and volume with a coefficient (0.85), had the greatest impact on the quality components of the urban environment. In the third level, the most impact on the components are functional characteristics (1.08), social (0.78) and cost per unit of housing (0.74). Finally, in the second level components, which is one of the main objectives of the research, the quality of residential environment with The coefficient (0.94) had the greatest effect on the quality of Yazd urban environment.
