دگرگونی های اقتصاد روستایی در پَرتو اصلاحات ارضی (نمونه پژوهی: روستای گَچگَران از توابع بخش مرکزی شهرستان مَمَسَنی)

اصلاحات ارضی به‌عنوان یکی از اصول انقلاب سفید طی دوره پهلوی دوم، شرایط اقتصاد روستایی و ساختار ایلات و عشایر را تحت‌الشعاع قرار داد. در این میان، ساختار ایلی عشیره‌ای ممسنی دستخوش تحولات درون‌ایلی شد و زمینه برای نقش‌آفرینی شرکت‌های تعاونی تولید روستایی، زارعین و دیگر نیروهای اجتماعی در فضای اقتصاد روستایی هموار شد. تحت این شرایط، روستای گچگران واقع در بخش مرکزی شهرستان ممسنی و مرکزیت دهستان بَکِش ‌یک بیش از پیش دچار دگردیسی اقتصادی و در تحولات اقتصادی ابراز وجود نمود. از این‌رو، این پرسش مطرح است که اصلاحات ارضی چه تاثیری بر اقتصاد روستای گچگران از توابع بخش مرکزی شهرستان ممسنی داشته‌ است؟ پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی است. داده‌های مورد نیاز به روش اسنادی و میدانی (مصاحبه و مشاهده) گردآوری شده‌ا‌ند. برآیند مطالعات صورت گرفته نشان داد اصلاحات ارضی ضمن تزلزل در ساختار ایلی عشیره‌ای ممسنی، اقتصاد روستایی گچگران (عرصه‌های عمرانی، دامداری، باغداری، کشاورزی، صنایع دستی و کارگاه‌های تولیدی) را متحول ساخته، به‌طوری که دگرگونی‌های اقتصادی این سکونتگاه روستایی با وقوع انقلاب اسلامی و اجرای برنامه‌های توسعه روستایی تا سال 1400ه.ش شتاب گرفته و کشاورزی و واحدهای تولیدی کوچک بیش از دامداری مورد عنایت ساکنان قرار گرفته است.

Rural Economic Transformations in the Light of Land Reform(Case Study: Gachgaran Village of the Central Part of Mamasani County)

Land reform, as one of the principles of the White Revolution during the second Pahlavi period, overshadowed the conditions of the rural economy and the structure of tribes and nomads. In the meantime, the Mamasani tribal structure underwent intratribal changes and the ground was paved for the role of rural production cooperatives, farmers and other social forces in the rural economy. Under these circumstances, the village of Gachgaran, located in the central part of Mamasani county and the center of first Bakhsh, experienced more and more economic transformation and expressed itself in economic developments. Therefore, the question is what effect has the land reform had on the economy of Gachgaran village in the central part of Mamasani county? The present research is of applied type and the research method is descriptiveanalytical. The required data were collected through documentary and field methods (interview and observation). The results of the studies showed that land reform, while swaying in the Mamasani tribal structure, transformed the rural economy of Gachgaran (civil engineering, animal husbandry, horticulture, agriculture, handicrafts and production workshops), so that transformation the economic development of this rural settlement has accelerated with the occurrence of the Islamic Revolution and the implementation of rural development programs until 1400, and agriculture and small production units have been taken care of by the residents more than livestock.
