نقش شهرداری در طراحی معماری سبز محیط های شهری با رویکرد ایرانی- اسلامی

شهرسازی ایرانی - اسلامی به عنوان الگویی غنی از شهرسازی، با برخورداری از بنیان های فکری و فرهنگی ایرانی و اسلامی، امروزه با تاکید بر اصول دین مبین اسلام ازنظر مفهومی و تاکید بر ارزش های پایدار عرفان ایرانی ازنظر معنایی درصدد ساماندهی و بازآفرینی فضاهای شهری است. با پیشرفت سریع تکنولوژی و پیچیده تر شدن زندگی شهری، عدم توجه به روابط منطقی میان عناصر بصری و کاربردی در معماری و شهرسازی، منجر به بروز آشفتگی بصری، بی هویت شدن فضا، قطع ارتباط عاطفی انسان با فضا و مختل شدن ادراک او از فضا و نهایتا کاهش شاخص های سلامت روان و افزایش تنش های روانی، اضطراب و افسردگی می شود. این در حالی است که شناخت درست ویژگی های روحی و روانی انسان در گروه های سنی مختلف، جنیسیت و شرایط فیزیکی متفاوت و پاسخگویی صحیح به آنها و اهمیت دادن به بعد عاطفی وروانی محیط همزمان با توجه به بعد کاربردی آن، موجب ارتقاء کیفیت سلامت روانی شهروندان می گردد. بر همین اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر نقش شهرداری در طراحی معماری سبز محیط های شهری با رویکرد ایرانی - اسلامی با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی می باشد. نتیجه پژوهش نشان می دهد احیا و باز نمایی هویت اسلامی - ایرانی در معماری و منظر شهر،‌ ترویج سبک زندگی ایرانی - اسلامی در میان شهروندان،‌ هویت بخشی و زیباسازی سیما و منظر شهری، ‌ترویج ساختار کالبدی – فضایی فرهنگ ایرانی - اسلامی و ارتقای سرمایه‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی شهروندان از جمله برنامه‌های راهبردی است که شهرداری می تواند نقش اساسی داشته باشد.
