بررسی نقش عوامل موثر بر مردم گرایی شهری(مطالعه موردی بلوار کشاورز)

انسان به عنوان مهمترین عامل در پویایی فضاهای شهری نیازمند بستری مناسب جهت حضور موثر در فضاهای عمومی است و عملکرد اصلی فضای عمومی، فراهم سازی و بسترسازی حضور مردم است، لذا ابعاد اجتماعی و فرهنگی آن از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار است. بدین سبب در بررسی حاضر برآنیم تا با بازشناسی روندها، مشکلات و چالش های اصلی شهرنشینی و برنامه ریزی و مدیریت شهری به شناخت نقش عوامل موثر بر مردم گرایی شهری در بلوار کشاورز بپردازیم. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی تلقی می شود و روش کار در این تحقیق بر مبنای مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، میدانی و استفاده از تجربیات جوامع محلی، کارشناسان می باشد در این تحقیق پس از جمع آوری و بررسی اطلاعات پایه (قوانین و دستورالعمل ها، نقشه ها، روش شناسی و...) به منظور طرح ریزی برنامه مدیریت راهبردی بلوار کشاورز تهران از روش swot استفاده شده است. نتایج بررسی حاضر نشانگر این امر بوده است که اهداف کلان مطلوبیت بصری با راهبرد(بهبود فضای سبز، کیفیت بصری و کالبدهای ساختمان های مجاور)، ارتقاء امنیت با راهبرد (افزایش وجود مستقیم و بهبود وضعیت نورپردازی)، ارتقاء سرزندگی با راهبرد(ایجاد نشاط و طراوت از طریق عناصر طبیعی و محوریت مناسب)، ارتقاء عملکرد بولوار با راهبرد( ایجاد فضا و بخش های جدید فعالیتی و بهبود کاربری های موجود در بولوار در جهت استفاده تفرجی کاربران از بولوار)، پویایی با راهبرد (تغییر شکل طراحی) و یکپارچگی با راهبرد(پیوستگی در کابلد و پیوستگی فضایی و فعالیتی) در بلوار کشاورز می تواند در برنامه ریزی رقیق تر و راهبردی بلوار کشاورز موثر باشد.

Investigating the role of effective factors on urban populism (Case study of Keshavarz Boulevard)

Man as the most important factor in the dynamics of urban spaces needs a suitable context for effective presence in public spaces and the main function of public space is to provide and lay the ground for the presence of people, so its social and cultural dimensions have a special place. Therefore, in the present study, we intend to recognize the main trends, problems and challenges of urbanization and urban planning and management to recognize the role of factors affecting urban populism in Keshavarz Boulevard. This research is considered as a type of applied research and the method of work in this research is based on library studies, field studies and using the experiences of local communities, experts. In this research, after collecting and reviewing basic information (rules and Instructions, maps, methodology, etc.) SWOT method has been used in order to plan the strategic management plan of Keshavarz Boulevard in Tehran. The results of the present study indicate that the major goals of visual utility with strategy (improving green space, visual quality and bodies of adjacent buildings), improving security with strategy (increasing direct existence and improving lighting), promoting vitality with strategy (creating vitality And freshness through natural elements and proper focus), improving the performance of the boulevard with strategy (creating space and new sections of activity and improving the existing uses of the boulevard for recreational use of the boulevard), dynamism with strategy (design deformation) and integration With strategy (continuity in cable and spatial and activity continuity) in Keshavarz Boulevard can be effective in more diligent and strategic planning of Keshavarz Boulevard.
