ضرورت شناسایی چالش های بافت فرسوده روستایی در راستای رسیدن به اهداف توسعه پایدار

روستا به عنوان کوچکترین واحد جغرافیا است که معیشت اغلب ساکنان آن مبتنی بر بهره برداری از زمین است و توسعه روستایی نیازمند شناخت و آگاهی از مسائل و عوامل موثر اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی مانند افزایش تولید، بهبود سطح دانش و انگیزش، ارائه خدمات گوناگون و اصلاح شبکه ارتباطی و حمل و نقل و بهسازی روستا، تنوع بخشی به امکانات اشتغال روستایی در کشور ما رسیدن به توسعه یکپارچه سکونتگاه های روستایی به عنوان راهبرد حفظ سکونتگاه ها مطرح شده است.برای رسیدن به این نوع از توسعه شناخت همه جانبه نقاط موجود در منطقه می تواند روش موثرتر و بهتری باشد تا با شناخت آنها و برنامه ریزی برای استفاده از قابلیت ها و بر طرف نمودن ضعف ها بتوان به یک توسعه یکپارچه و پایدار رسید. در این مقاله ویژگی های طبیعیف اجتماعی جمعیتی، فرهنگی سیاسی، اقتصادی و فضایی کالبدی مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مشکلات و کاستی های مدیریت عمران و توسعه سکونتگاه های روستایی و ضرورت شناسایی چالش های توسعه روستایی در راستای رسیدن به اهداف توسعه پایدار انجام شد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه جمع آوری اطلاعات، توصیفی می باشد. نتایج نشان می دهد ضرورت پرداختن به موضوع روستا و توسعه آن از سوی دولت احساس شده و در غالب موارد، به صورت محور سیاست های توسعه تلقی شده است. اما در شرایطی که قرن بیستم را پشت سر گذاشته ایم، هنوز توسعه روستایی با مسائل و چالش های فراوان روبه روست که در کنار مشکلات زیست محیطی، توجه به نوعی توسعه به نام «توسعه پایدار روستایی» را برمی انگیزد.
