ارائه الگوی بهینه مسکن و حمل و نقل برای افزایش زیست پذیری شهری با استفاده از مدل تصمیم گیری چند معیاره فازی (نمونه موردی شهر تهران)

این مقاله به بررسی این موارد برای ایجاد بهترین الگو یا شیوه برای تمامی گروهای مردی با تاکید بر مسکن و حمل و نقل و زیست پذیری شهری ارائه می شود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی_پیمایشی به شمار آورد. با بهره گیری از مطالعات پیشین، و تحقیقات انجام شده پرسشنامه ماتریس مقایسات زوجی طراحی شد که پس از تایید روایی چند تن از خبرگان، 50 پرسشنامه برای خبرگان و صاحب نظران ارسال و 43 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و پس از محاسبه نسبت سازگاری اقدام به تحلیل داده‌ها شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای(کتب، مقالات، آرشیو و...) و میدانی (توزیع پرسشنامه) استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهشی که از پرسشنامه حاصل شد بیانگر این مطلب است که اکثر پاسخ دهندگان داشتن مسکن در دسترسی حمل و نقل و شبکه ارتباطی و زیت پذری حمل و نقل شهری را مهمترین آلترناتیو نقش آفرین در بهبودی شیوه حمل و نقل شهری و نیز شهر و مسکن و حمل و نقل شهری و شهر زیست پذیری و سلامتی شهری دانستند، از طرفی در گام بعدی برخورداری از مدرن بودن و کیفت سیستم حمل و نقل شهری موثر است، کیفیت و قیمت مناسب حمل و نقل و شبکه ارتباطی و دسترسی ها با تفاوت بسیار کمی که نتایج نمایانگر آن است، در جایگاه های سوم و چهارم قرار دارند، و بقیه موارد نیز در جایگاه های بعدی که هر کدام در جای خود برای بهبودی حمل و نقل شهری وثر هستند.
