شناسایی چالش های ترافیکی و نقش مدیریت در ارتقای ایمنی ترافیک در معابر شهری و حمل و نقل همگانی

امروزه رشد شهرنشینی و ازدیاد خودروها در بسیاری از کشورهای درحال توسعه سبب افزایش تراکم و میزان تصادفات ترافیکی در شبکه معاب ر شهری شده است که به هیچ عنوان برای عبور این حجم و نوع ترافیک طراحی نشده اند. ضعف در تعمیر و نگهداری صحیح از جاده ها و معابر و وجود تقاطع هایی که به صورت غلط طراحی شده اند باعث بروز مشکلات جدی در ایمنی شبکه معابر شهری شده است. همچنین عدم رعایت سلسله مراتب سازمان فضایی و عدم توجه به نحوه توزیع و پراکنش کاربریهای شهری در شهرها و بویژه کلانشهرها موجب بوجود آمدن ناآرامی در داخل محلات شهری شده و ناخواسته ترافیک عبوری را به مرکز این محلات می کشاند. بر همین اساس هدف مقاله حاضر شناسایی چالش های ترافیکی و نقش مدیریت در ارتقای ایمنی ترافیک در معابر شهری و حمل و نقل همگانی با روش توصیفیتحلیلی می باشد. برای رسیدن به این هدف به بررسی کلی علل و عوامل اصلی چالش های ترافیکی شهرها از دیدگاه مسئولین و شهروندان پرداخته و در نهایت پیشنهادات کاربردی در راستای ساماندهی این معضل در کلانشهرها ارائه شد. نتایج نشان می دهد عامل مهمی جهت ایجاد انگیزه در مردم و در مقابل آن توسعه و بهبود کیفیت خدمات شهری و ارتقای ایمنی ترافیک در معابر شهری و حمل و نقل همگانی و در نتیجه ساماندهی ترافیک خواهد شد. و هر چقدر این رضایت در بین شهروندان بیشتر گردد، همکاری آنان با نهادهای گوناگون در جهت انجام بهتر وظایف و ارائه خدمات در سطح شهر بیشتر خواهد شد. و می توان گفت استفاده از تجارب جهانی و داشتن رویکردهای کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت در مسایل حمل و نقل شهری، ضمن ایجاد زیرساختهای انسان محور، بهبود کیفیت زیست شهری و زندگی شهروندان تاثیر گزار خواهد بود.

Identify traffic challenges and the role of management in promoting traffic safety, On urban thoroughfares and public transportation

Today, the growth of urbanization and the proliferation of cars in many developing countries has led to an increase in the density and rate of traffic accidents in the urban road network, which are not designed to pass this volume and type of traffic. Weaknesses in the proper maintenance of roads and passages and the existence of incorrectly designed intersections have caused serious problems in the safety of the urban road network. Also, nonobservance of the hierarchy of the space organization and lack of attention to the distribution and distribution of urban land uses in cities, especially metropolises, causes unrest within urban neighborhoods and inadvertently draws transit traffic to the center of these neighborhoods. Accordingly, the purpose of this article is to identify traffic challenges and the role of management in promoting traffic safety in urban thoroughfares and public transportation by descriptiveanalytical method. To achieve this goal, a general study of the main causes and factors of traffic challenges in cities from the perspective of officials and citizens, and finally, practical suggestions were presented in order to organize this problem in metropolises. The results show that an important factor to motivate people and in return to develop and improve the quality of urban services and improve traffic safety in urban roads and public transport and thus organize traffic. And the more this satisfaction is among the citizens, the more their cooperation with various institutions will be in order to better perform their duties and provide services in the city. It can be said that using global experiences and having shortterm and longterm approaches to urban transportation issues, while creating humancentered infrastructure, improving the quality of urban life and citizens’ lives with the focus on improving urban performance can be a useful approach.
