تامین ایمنی شبکه معابر درون شهری با اصلاح شکل طرح هندسی معابر (موردی : فلکه هفت تیر تا فلکه جهاد)

با توجه به رشد روزافزون جمعیت و به خصوص جمعیت شهری، همچنین صنعتی شدن جوامع و نقش حیاتی حمل ونقل در این جوامع و اختصاص درصد بالایی از سهم ارزش افزوده به صنعت حمل و نقل در تولید ناخالص داخلی کشورها، نیاز مبرم به برنامه ریزی در این زمینه، هر روز بیشتر احساس می گردد . از این رو تدوین و تنظیم سیستم ایمنی همراه با یک مدیریت کارآمد در صنعت حمل ونقل یکی از پایه های اساسی در کاهش تلفات ناشی از آن خواهد بود. دراین پژوهش تامین ایمنی شبکه معابر درون شهری با اصلاح شکل طرح هندسی معابر، پرداخته می شود. روش تحقیق در این مقاله بر اساس روش تحلیلی و توصیفی است که با جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق اسنادی و کتابخانه ای با مراجعه به اسناد و همچنین با مصاحبه با افراد و اشخاص مسئول، اطلاعات جمع آوری شده است و راهکارهایی همچون تعریض معابر، به کاربردن عناصر و تجهیرات مناسب، روشنایی معابر و برنامه ریزی صحیح طرح هندسی برای ایجاد و یا افزایش ایمنی ارائه گردیده است. باتوجه به یافته ها ومطالعات انجام شده، این نتیجه گیری به عمل آمده که ایمن سازی معابر درون شهری و نقشی که در کاهش تلفات تصادفات درون شهری داشته از مسایل مهمی است که در برنامه ریزی شهرها باید مد نظر قرار گیرد.

Ensuring the safety of the inner city road network by modifying the shape of the geometric plan of the roads

Due to the growing population, especially the urban population, as well as the industrialization of communities and the vital role of transportation in these communities and the allocation of a high percentage of value added to the transportation industry in GDP, there is an urgent need for planning in this The background is felt more and more every day. Therefore, developing a safety system along with efficient management in the transportation industry will be one of the basic foundations in reducing the resulting losses. In this research, the safety of the innercity road network is provided by modifying the shape of the geometric plan of the roads. The research method in this article is based on analytical and descriptive method that by collecting the required information through documents and library by referring to the documents and also by interviewing the responsible persons and persons, information has been collected and solutions such as widening the passages. With the use of appropriate elements and equipment, the lighting of the passages and the correct planning of the geometric plan to create or increase safety has been presented. Based on the findings and studies, it has been concluded that the safety of innercity roads and its role in reducing casualties in urban accidents is one of the important issues that should be considered in urban planning.
