سنجش شاخص های بازآفرینی شهری و تاثیرآن بر کیفیت زندگی شهروندان(مطالعه موردی محله شریف آباد)

بازآفرینی شهری یک دید جامع و یکپارچه و کنشی است که منجر به حل مسائل شهری و بهبود پایای اقتصادی فیزیکی و محیطی یک محله در منطقه است.در این راستا هدف پژوهش مورد مطالعه سنجش شاخص های بازآفرینی شهری و تاثیرآن بر کیفیت زندگی شهروندان در محله شریف آباد واقع در شهر شیراز میباشد.روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از بعد هدف کاربردی و از بعد ماهیت خود توصیفی تحلیلی است.به منظور دیدگاه شهروندان نسبت به موضوع مورد مطالعه ابتدا پرسشنامه ای تهیه شده و سپس با تعیین حجم نمونه به تعداد 378 تحلیل پرسشنامه ها با روش های آزمون تی ،ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون در نرم افزار spss انجام شد.نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد بین متغیر های مستقل بازآفرینی شهری و کیفیت زندگی همبستگی مثبت و معناداروجود دارد و همچنین آزمون رگریسون چند متغیره نشان داد که شاخص های بازآفرینی شهری به میزان0/76 میتواند بروی کیفیت زندگی ساکنین تاثیر داشته باشد.در آخر پیشنهاداتی در راستای بهبودبازآفرینی در محله ارائه شد.

Assessing urban regeneration indicators and its impact on the quality of life of citizens (Case study of Sharifabad neighborhood)

Urban regeneration is a comprehensive and integrated view and action that leads to solving urban problems and improving the physical, physical and environmental economic stability of a neighborhood in the region. Abad is located in Shiraz. The research method in this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptiveanalytical in nature. The results were performed by ttest, correlation coefficient and regression in SPSS software. The results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between the independent variables of urban regeneration and quality of life. A rate of 0.76 can affect the quality of life of residents.
