مدیریت آب های سطحی ( مطالعه موردی: شهرستان دزفول ) با استفاده از مدل Swot

چکیده امروزه با گسترش شهرها و رشد آهنگ شهر نشینی ، همچنین افزایش مشکلات و معضلات ناشی ازاین فرآیند و اهمیت یافتن مدیریت یکپارچه و توسعه ی متوازن،همه جانبه و پایدار شهر بحث بهسازی زیر ساخت های موجود شهربیش از بیش قوت یافته است. در این راستا بهسازی شبکه معابر شهری و همچنین شبکه فاضلاب شهری به عنوان شریانی مهم و حیاتی دارای اهمیت ویژه ایمی باشد. بر این اساس راهکار مناسب جهت کنترل و مدیریت آبهای سطحی چیست .پیامدهای مالی و اجتماعی آب گرفتگی یکی از شرایط جغرافیایی و اقلیمی ایران نزولات جوی در مناطق مختلف کشور اتفاق می افتد، که دارای اهمیت زیادی است در مناطقی باعث حاصلخیزی خاک و متاسفانه در مناطقی منجر به آبگرفتگی می شود. شهرستان دزفول با کمبود آب در بخش های کشاورزی، صنعت و آشامیدنی مواجه است، طبق بررسی های انجام شده، هم اکنون سالانه یک میلیارد و 400 میلیون متر مکعب آب از شهرستان دزفول خارج می شود که با همین میزان می توان کشاورزی و صنعت را متحول کرد. در این پژوهش ،اطلاعات و داده های مورد نیاز از طریق روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی جمع آوری شده است .در این پژوهش از مدل swot برای منطقه مورد مطالعه استفاده شده است.
