بررسی و شناسایی چالش ها و بحران های مدیریت شهری کلانشهر اهواز

شهرنشینی غالب ترین عارضه در کشورهای در حال توسعه است. لذا مدیران شهری به عنوان راس هرم رهبری شهر، وظیفه سنگین ایجاد هماهنگی بین بخش های که شهر را مدیریت می کنند را بر عهده دارند. مدیریت شهری در کشورهای در حال توسعه با مشکلات زیادی از جمله نارسائیهای مالی و مهارتهای تکنیکی روبرو است. همراه با رشد سریع و سرسام آور شهرنشینی در جهان، به ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه در دو سه دهه اخیر، نقش شهرها در چارچوب اقتصاد ملی این کشورها به کلی متحول و از اهمیت حیاتی برخوردار شده است.این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و شناسایی چالش ها و بحران های مدیریت شهری کلانشهر اهوازانجام شده، که از نظر هدف پژوهشی، جز تحقیقات کاربردی، از نظر فرآیند اجرا کیفی بوده پژوهش مذکور به بررسی متغیرها به صورت توصیفی پیمایشی پرداخته است.روش جمع آوری داده ها بر اساس روش پیمایشی و مبتنی بر تکنیک پرسشنامه بوده و اطلاعات موردنظر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی جمع آوری گردید.یافته های پژوهش نشان داده است که بین چالش های و بحران های مدیریت شهری در شهر اهواز تفاوت وجود داشته و از نظر شهروندان چالش های متعددی با درجات متعددی از اهمیت در این شهر به چشم می خورد شهروندان معتقدند چالش‌ها و بحران‌های مدیریت شهری کلان شهر اهواز به ترتیب اهمیت عبارتند از: چالش های اقتصادی؛ چالش‌های فرهنگی؛ چالش‌های زیست محیطی؛ چالش‌های اجتماعی؛ چالش‌های امنیتی و چالش‌های خدمات شهری هستند.نتیجه اینکه با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، نیاز مدیریت شهری به داشبورد اطلاعاتی در شهر و آگاهی از وضع موجود، اطلاعات و منابع مالی، ابزار تجهیزات، نیاز‌ها و مشکلات شهر و شهروند، بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود. و با برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی و نظارت در راستای رفع آنها گام برمی‌دارد.

Investigating and identifying the challenges and crises of urban management in Ahvaz metropolis

Urbanization is the most prevalent complication in developing countries. Therefore, city managers, as the top of the city leadership pyramid, have a heavy task to create coordination between the departments that manage the city. Urban management in developing countries faces many problems, including financial inadequacies and technical skills. Along with the rapid and rapid growth of urbanization in the world, especially in developing countries in the last two or three decades, the role of cities in the national economy of these countries has changed completely and is of vital importance.The aim of this study was to investigate and identify the challenges and crises of urban management in Ahvaz metropolis, which in terms of research purpose, except for applied research, is qualitative in terms of implementation process. Data were based on a survey method and a questionnaire technique and the information was collected by random sampling.Findings have shown that there is a difference between the challenges and crises of urban management in the city of Ahvaz and from the citizens’ point of view, there are many challenges with different degrees of importance in this city. Citizens believe that management challenges and crises Ahwaz metropolitan cities in order of importance are: economic challenges; Cultural challenges; Environmental challenges; Social challenges; There are security challenges and urban service challenges.Conclusion: According to the research findings, the need for urban management to information dashboard in the city and awareness of the current situation, information and financial resources, equipment tools, needs and problems of the city and the citizen, is felt more than ever. And takes steps to eliminate them by planning, organizing and monitoring.
