بررسی میزان رضایت مندی شهروندان نسبت به عملکرد شهرداری و شورای شهر (مطالعه موردی: شهر گرمی)

امروزه احساس رضایت شهروندان از محیط شهر و خدماتی که شهرداری و شوراهای شهر ارائه می دهد، عامل مهمی در جهت ایجاد انگیزه در مردم برای مشارکت در توسعه شهری و بهبود کیفیت محل سکونت خویش است. علاوه بر این رضایت شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری موجب ترغیب آنان برای همکاری با نهادهای شهری در جهت انجام بهتر وظایف و ارائه خدمات در سطح شهر می شود. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی میزان رضایت مندی شهروندان نسبت به عملکرد شهرداری و شوراهای شهر گرمی می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد، و جمع آوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای و میدانی صورت گرفته است. ابزار پژوهش نیز پرسشنامه، که جامعه آماری به صورت تصادفی و با توجه به جدول مورگان بین 300 نفر از ساکنان 15 سال به بالا توزیع شده است و در اخر اینکه تحلیل داده های پرسشنامه نیز از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان دهنده رضایتمندی بالای شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری و شوراهای شهر در بعد کالبدی زیست محیطی و ابعاد اقتصادی و اجتماعی-فرهنگی در رده بعدی قرار گرفته اند.

investigation the level of citizens’ satisfaction with the performance of the municipality and the city council(Case study: Garmi city)

Today, the citizens’ sense of satisfaction with the city environment and the services provided by the municipality and city councils is an important factor in motivating people to participate in urban development and improve the quality of their housing. In addition, citizens’ satisfaction with the performance of the municipality encourages them to cooperate with urban institutions in order to better perform their duties and provide services in the city. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the level of citizens’ satisfaction with the performance of the municipality and city councils of Garmi. The research method in this research is descriptiveanalytical, and information is collected in a library and field. The research tool was a questionnaire, which the statistical population was randomly distributed according to Morgan table among 300 residents aged 15 years and older, and finally, the analysis of the questionnaire data also used SPSS software. The results show high satisfaction of citizens with the performance of municipalities and city councils in the physicalenvironmental dimension and economic and sociocultural dimensions are in the next category.
