تحلیل چندمعیاره فضایی شهرک ها‌ و نواحی صنعتی با توجه به شاخص‌های توسعه پایدار (مورد مطالعه: استان هرمزگان)

ایجاد شهرک صنعتی یک سرمایه گذاری مهم و دراز مدت در روند توسعه به شمار می رود از این رو تعیین موقعیت مکانی آن نقش بسزایی در موفقیت و یا عدم موفقیت فعالیت های صنعتی (چه در درون شهرک صنعتی و چه در کارگاه های صنعتی مجاور) دارد. انتخاب سایت صنعتی یک تصمیم استراتژیک است که شامل موضوعات فنی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و سیاسی می باشد. این معیارها معمولاً با استفاده از تعدادی از شاخص های مختلف ، بیان شده به روش های کمی و کیفی با برخی عدم قطعیت های احتمالی بیان می شود. هدف از تحقیق حاضر پیاده کردن روش فازی در تصمیم گیری در انتخاب مکان شهرک ها و نواحی صنعتی در سطح استان هرمزگان است.تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحلیلی-اکتشافی است. گردآوری داده ها در بخش کتابخانه‌ای (اسنادی)، متکی بر بررسی کتاب ها، مقاله های علمی و گزارش های مربوطه و در بخش اطلاعات مکانی با مراجعه به سازمان‌های مختلف انجام شده است. در ادامه به منظور ارزیابی و اهمیت نسبی مولفه های موثر در ارتباط با هدف تحقیق از ابزار پرسشنامه با استفاده از (anp) استخراج شده است. لازم به ذکر در فرایند انجام کار از نرم افزارهای excel, matlab و arcgis10.5استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، مکان یابی شهرک ها عوامل زیست محیطی (با امتیاز 73) در اولویت بوده و توجه کمتری به فاکتورهای اقتصادی-اجتماعی (با امتیاز 54) شده است. همچنین از نظر شاخص‌های توسعه پایدار، در بین20 شهرک و ناحیه صنعتی، 35% شهرک‌ها و نواحی صنعتی شامل: شهرک صنعتی پارسیان، نواحی صنعتی حاجی آباد و ایسین، شهرک‌های صنعتی بندر خمیر و بندرلنگه، نواحی صنعتی بشاگرد، بستک، کلاهی در وضعیت مناسبی استقرار نیافته اند، که لزوم بازبینی در ادامه فعالیت‌ها در این شهرک‌ها و نواحی را می‌رساند.

Multi-spatial analysis of estates and industrial areas according to sustainable development indicators (Case study: Hormozgan province)

Establishment of an industrial estate is an important and longterm investment in the development process, so determining its location plays a significant role in the success or failure of industrial activities (both within the industrial estate and in adjacent industrial workshops). The choice of industrial site is a strategic decision that includes technical, economic, social, environmental and political issues. These criteria are usually expressed using a number of different indicators, expressed in quantitative and qualitative methods with some possible uncertainties. The purpose of this study is to implement a fuzzy method in decisionmaking in selecting the location of estates and industrial areas in Hormozgan province. The present study is of analyticalexploratory type. Data collection has been done in the library section (documentary), based on the review of books, scientific articles and related reports, and in the spatial information section by referring to various organizations. In order to evaluate the relative importance of the effective components in relation to the purpose of the research, a questionnaire was extracted using (ANP). It should be noted that in the process of doing the work, excel, matlab and ArcGIS10.5 software have been used. The results show that the location of settlements environmental factors (with a score of 73) is a priority and less attention is paid to socioeconomic factors (with a score of 54). Also, in terms of sustainable development indicators, among 20 towns and industrial areas, 35% of towns and industrial areas, including: Parsian Industrial Town, Hajiabad and Isin Industrial Areas, Bandar Khamir and Bandar Lengeh Industrial Towns, Bashagard Industrial Areas, Bastak, Kolahy are not in a good condition, which makes it necessary to review the continuation of activities in these estates and areas.
