چیستی محیط زیست و ارتباط آن با برخی مفاهیم جغرافیای سیاسی

امروزه با پیشرفت های تکنولوژیک و عدم توسعه فرهنگیاجتماعی لازم برای بکارگیری این تکنولوژی های جدید، زمینه برای تخریب حداکثری محیط زیست فراهم شده است، به گونه ای که میزان تخریب بسیار شدیدتر از حد تحمل محیط زیست بوده و فرصت ترمیم آن را دارا نمی باشد، بنابراین، لازم است تا به صورت جدی به مساله محیط زیست توجه شود. با توجه به اینکه قدم اول برای حفظ محیط زیست، شناخت آن است، در این پژوهش به تبیین پدیده محیط زیست و چیستی آن پرداخته می شود، تاریخچه، اهمیت، اصول، رویکردها و بحران های محیط زیست تشریح می شود و با ارایه رابطه محیط زیست با برخی مفاهیم جغرافیای سیاسی از جمله قوانین و سیاست های بین المللی، امنیت زیست محیطی، حاکمیت محیط زیست، دولت و محیط زیست، قدرت و محیط زیست، تلاش شده است تا اولا محیط زیست به عنوان پدیده‌ای مستقل و بدون تاثیرپذیری و تاثیرگذاری از سایر حوزه ها شناخته نشود و در ثانی چگونگی تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری برخی حوزه های جغرافیای سیاسی با محیط زیست آشکار گردد.

The concept of environment and its relation with some concepts of political geography

By presenting the relationship between the environment and some concepts of political geography, including international laws and policies, environmental security, environmental governance, government and the environment, power and the environment, efforts have been made not to recognize the environment as a phenomenon independent of other phenomena. And secondly, to reveal how some issues of political geography are affected by the environment.
