ارزیابی نقش طرح های بهسازی و نوسازی بافت های فرسوده شهری در بهبود کیفیت محیط شهری (مورد مطالعه : محله بریانک)

برخی از نواحی شهری با چالش های مهمی در زمینه های تخریب فیزیکی و محیطی، محرومیت اجتماعی، ناامنی، بیکاری، نابرابری های اقتصادی، کمبود مسکن و ترافیک روبرو هستند. یکی از اهداف اساسی فرایند برنامه ریزی شهری، حفظ و بهبود کیفیت زندگی و به تبع آن، ارتقاء کیفیت محیط شهری از طریق اجرای طرح ها و برنامه های شهری است. در تحقیق حاضر، میزان تاثیر طرح اجرایی بهسازی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی محله بریانک که در سال 1384 برای محله بریانک تهیه شده، در ابعاد کیفیت محیط شهری محله بریانک شامل بعد زیست محیطی، عملکردی، زیبایی شناختی، کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی کاربردی بوده و برای شکل گیری تکیه گاه نظری پژوهش از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و برای گردآوری داده ها از مطالعات میدانی (پرسشنامه) استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش محله بریانک واقع در منطقه 10 تهران با 28329 نفر می باشد. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، تعداد 379 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تعیین گردید و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای spss و arc gis استفاده شد و اثراث اجرای طرح بهسازی و نوسازی محله بریانک بر ابعاد زیست محیطی، عملکردی، زیبایی شناختی، کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی کیفیت محیط شهری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که بعد از اجرای طرح، به جزء ابعاد کالبدی و عملکردی که در آنها بهبود اندکی حاصل شده است، اجرای طرح بهسازی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی محله بریانک نه تنها نتوانسته در ارتقاء وضعیت سایر ابعاد موفق باشد، بلکه این ابعاد سیر نزولی داشته اند و میزان نارضایتی از این ابعاد و به طور کلی کیفیت محیط شهری در نظر ساکنین افزایش یافته است.

Evaluation of the role of urban remediation and renovation projects in improving the quality of the urban environment (Case study: Bryank neighborhood)

Some urban areas face significant challenges in the areas of physical and environmental degradation, social deprivation, insecurity, unemployment, economic inequality, housing shortages and traffic. One of the main goals of the urban planning process is to maintain and improve the quality of life and, consequently, to improve the quality of the urban environment through the implementation of urban plans and programs. In the present study, the effect of the executive plan to improve and improve the quality of life of Beryank neighborhood, which was prepared for Beryank neighborhood in 2005, in terms of quality of urban environment in Beryank neighborhood, including environmental, functional, aesthetic, physical, economic and social dimensions has taken. The research method in this research is descriptiveapplied and library studies have been used to form the theoretical basis of the research and field studies (questionnaires) have been used to collect data. The statistical population of this study is Beryank neighborhood located in district 10 of Tehran with 28329 people. Using random sampling method, 379 people were selected as a sample and SPSS and Arc GIS softwares were used to analyze the data. Physical, economic and social quality of urban environment were examined. result show that after the implementation of the plan, except for the physical and functional dimensions in which little improvement has been achieved, the implementation of the plan to improve the quality of life in Beryank neighborhood not only failed to improve the situation in other dimensions, but these dimensions They have been declining and the level of dissatisfaction with these dimensions and the quality of the urban environment in general has increased in the eyes of residents.
