بررسی اهمیت و نقش توسعه و کارآفرینی روستایی در بهبود مناطق روستایی

به اعتقاد کارشناسان و متخصصان، در شرایط فعلی کشور، بهترین روش ایجاد اشتغال و حل مسئله بیکاری، توسعه فرهنگ کار و کارآفرینی در جامعه است. بنابراین بسیاری از محققان با پررنگ نمودن نقش ساختارهای اقتصاد، تاکید ویژه بر کارآفرینی به عنوان یکی از عوامل اصلی تاثیر گذار بر توانمندی سازی گروه‌ها و قشرهای مختلف جامعه از جمله جوانان دارند. امروزه کارآفرینی بعنوان یک استراتژی و راهبرد در توسعه و شکوفایی و رشد جوامع انسانی به جایگزین بی بدیلی تبدیل گشته است که از طریق آن همه ی عوامل و منابع و امکانات یک جامعه بصورت خودجوش و از راه قرار گرفتن در یک روند تکاملی در جهت نیل به آرمانهای بلند اجتماعی بسیج گردیده تا منشا بسیاری از آثار و پیامدهای مثبت اقتصادی اجتماعی گردند. لذا با در نظر گرفتن اهمیت نقش توسعه و کارآفرینی در روستاها، پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد به بررسی اهمیت و نقش توسعه و کارآفرینی روستایی بپردازد. در این راستا برای دستیابی به نتیجه از روش‌شناسی توصیفیتحلیلی و منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که کارآفرینی در توسعه روستایی نقش بسیار موثری به همراه دارد و با بکارگیری استراتژی‌های اساسی توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی می‌توان به بهبود توسعه در مناطق روستایی به ویژه در زمینۀ اقتصادی، ایجاد شغل در بخش های غیر کشاورزی، بالا رفتن سطح رفاه ، کاهش فقر، توسعه اشتغال‌زایی در روستاها از طریق حاکم‌سازی فضای کارآفرینی و ... دسترسی پیدا کرد.
