بررسی اثرات احداث سد طالقان بر روی نحوه معیشت در روستای شهراسر

محیط و اجتماع همیشه بر هم تاثیر داشته اند، محیط طبیعی بر آهنگ و شیوه زندگی انسان ها خصوصا روستاییان اثر گذار است. انسان ها نیز در مواردی توانسته اند بر برخی از جنبه های طبیعی غلبه نمایند. احداث و بهره برداری از سدها، یکی از روش های غلبه و دستکاری انسان ها در محیط طبیعی است. تحقیق حاضر در روستای شهراسر از توابع شهرستان طالقان انجام شده و به تحولات معشیتی پس از احداث سد طالقان، در این روستا پرداخته است. در این پژوهش رویکرد اصلی توصیفی-تحلیلی است و در بخش میدانی تحقیق از تکنیک مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شده است. همچنین برای تکمیل و تدقیق داده ها از روش کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. روستای مورد مطالعه به سبب نزدیکی به سد طالقان دچار تحولات اقتصادی و معیشتی گوناگونی شده است. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق می توان بیان نمود از جمله پیامدهای معیشتی، تغییرات جمعیتی، تغییرات کاربری زمین و افزایش قیمت زمین و کاهش تعداد دام نسبت به گذشته است و دیگر دامداری در بین ساکنان مانند گذشته رایج و زنده نیست. لذا پیشنهاد می گردد قبل از ایجاد هر گونه سازه مانند سد، مطالعات جامعی در خصوص مسائل اقتصادی و معیشتی منطقه انجام شود.

Investigating the effects of Taleghan dam construction on livelihood in Shahrasar village

The environment and society have always affected each other, the natural environment affects on the lifestyle of people, especially villagers. Humans have also been able to overcome some natural aspects in some cases. Construction and operation of dams is one of the methods of human domination and manipulation in the natural environment. This research was conducted in Shahrasar village of Taleghan and has dealt with livelihood changes in this village after the construction of Taleghan Dam. In this research, the main approach is descriptiveanalytical in field research, semistructured interview technique has been used. The library method has also been used to complete the data Shahrasar village has undergone various economic and livelihood changes due to its proximity to Taleghan Dam. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the consequences of livelihood are demographic changes, land use changes and increasing land prices and reducing the number of livestock compared to the past. And animal husbandry is not as common among the inhabitants as in the past. Therefore, it is suggested to conduct comprehensive studies on economic and livelihood issues in the region before creating any structure such as a dam.
