تحلیل عدالت فضایی در برخورداری از تسهیلات شهری بررسی تاثیر فرهنگ بر منظر شهری با رویکرد برنامه ریزی در مجتمع های زیستی(شهر شاهو)

پایداری اجتماعی از نظر فرهنگ در معنای کلی مترادف با بالا بودن کیفیت زندگی انسان نسل حاضر و نسل آینده با درنظر گرفتن استعدادها و ظرفیت های او و برآوردن نیازهای همه اقشار است. امروزه پایداری به عنوان یکی از مباحث در کلیه عرصه ها، بویژه در عرصه فضاهای شهری و معماری می باشد . شاخصه اصلی تاثیر گذار: اقتصادی، زیست محیطی و اجتماعی در کنار یکدیگر به تعادل برسد. اقتصادی از طریق سرمایه گذاران به علت انگیزه های مالی، اغلب به حد افراط مورد توجه قرار می گیرد، زیست محیطی نیز به فراخور هر جامعه برای خود دارای ضوابط معین می باشد. که مورد توجه قرار می گیرد. با توجه به اجتماعی کمتر مورد عنایت همگان قرار گرفته شده است. در پژوهش حاضر، اصول پایداری اجتماعی در طراحی فرهنگسراها که امروزه یکی از مهم ترین عرصه های فرهنگی می باشد مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای نیل به این پایداری رعایت زیر از قبیل: عدالت، مسائل زیباشناسی، راحتی و آسایش، امنیت و رشد کودکان، هویت اجتماعی و سایر شاخص های مرتبط امری ضروری است. روش تحقیق می باشد در مقاله حاضر، روش تحلیلی توصیفی است و استخراج نتایج از منابع کتابخانه ای اسنادی مختلف به کشف اصول پایداری و روابط بین این اصول انجام می گیرد. در نهایت اصول پایداری اجتماعی فرهنگسراها تبیین می شود. تعاریف متفاوتی از فرهنگ گرایی وجود دارد
