تحلیلی بر شهر دوستدار معلول

فضای شهری کاربران متفاوتی را در خود جای می‌دهد. این کاربر از لحاظ سن، توان و خصوصیات با یکدیگر متفاوت بوده و هر کدام نیازهای خاص خود را می‌طلبند. دسته‌ای از آن‌ها افراد با ناتوانایی‌های جسمی می‌باشند. اساساً شهرها، بناها و خدمات شهری بدون توجه به وضع معلولین طراحی‌شده و این بخش از فعالان کشور، به سبب معلول بودن شهر، از فعالیت، کار، زندگی و استراحت متناسب با نیازهای خود بی‌بهره‌اند. در شهرها ناتوانان جسمی حرکتی از همان بدو خروج از منزل با مشکلات و موانع متعددی روبرو می‌شوند و از داشتن حقوق مساوی با سایر شهروندان بی‌بهره‌اند. هدف این تحقیق بررسی و تحلیل مبانی علمی شهر دوستدار معلول است که می‌تواند سرآغازی باشد برای توجه هر بیشتر به این موضوع مهم در طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی شهری کشورمان. روش تحقیق؛ توصیفی و تحلیلی می‌باشد که با تکنیک کتابخانه‌ای مطالب گرداوری شده است. در پایان باید اشاره شود که هنوز به شکل کامل و جامعی مدیریت شهری کشورمان برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی شهر دوستدار معلول را نتوانسته پیاده کند و در نتیجه نیاز این قشر از جامعه در فضاهای شهری مغفول مانده است.

Analysis of the disabled-friendly citiy

Urban space accommodates different users. This user is different in terms of age, power and characteristics, and each needs their own. Some of them are people with physical disabilities. Basically, cities, buildings, and urban services are designed regardless of the state of the disabled, and this part of the country’s activists, due to the disability of the city, does not have enough work, life, and rest to fit their needs. In cities, physicalmotor disabilities face many problems and obstacles from the outset of their lives. And they do not have equal rights with other citizens. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the scientific foundations of the disabled people who can be the starting point for more attention to this important issue in the design and planning of our country. The research methodology is descriptive and analytical, which is compiled by library technique. In the end, it should be pointed out that the comprehensive and comprehensive management of the city of our country has not yet succeeded in planning and designing the disabled city, and as a result, the need of this group of people has been neglected in urban spaces.
