تاثیربگارگیری افسران وظیفه در پیشبرد اهداف تیپ 188زرهی زاهدان

تدوین برنامه راهبردی در قوای نظامی برای تعامل با پدیده سربازی (شامل تعیین چشم‌انداز، رسالت، ماموریت، هدف، راهبرد و برنامه) مبین دیدگاه و نگرش بلندمدت قوای نظامی به خدمت سربازی است. تدوین برنامه راهبردی، تلاشی منظم و سازمان‌یافته برای اتخاذ تصمیم‌ها و مبادرت به اقدامات بنیادی‌ای است که به موجب آن، این‌که سازمان (یا هر موجودیت دیگری) چیست، چه می‌کند و چرا اموری را انجام می‌دهد مشخص خواهد شد. در واقع، با تدوین این برنامه، قوای نظامی به این پرسش پاسخ می‌دهند که سرباز کیست و اگر دوران خدمت وظیفه را به سادگی مانند سیستمی در نظر بگیریم که ورودی آن، سرباز است، خروجی مطلوب آن چیست و طی چه فرایندی قصد دارند به آن خروجی دست یابند. به نظر می‌رسد تدوین و اجرای این برنامه، نقش شایانی در رفع مسائل مطروح داشته است.هدف تاثیربگارگیری افسران وظیفه در پیشبرد اهداف تیپ 188زرهی زاهدان می باشد،روش تحقیق در این مقاله توصیفی وتحلیلی است.برای تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات ازنرم افزار spssومدل ahpاستفاده شده است.نتایج حاکی ازآن است که بکارگیری افسران وظیفه در رشد توان نظامی وفنی واقتصادی تاثیربسزایی دارد.ازیک سو صرفه جویی در آموزش سربازان و ازطرف دیگرخودکفایی و حتی نقش سازنده افسران وظیفه تیپ 188زرهی درتوان فنی واشتغالزایی و ارائه طرح اقتصادی درراستای اقتصاد مقاومتی نقش بسزایی دارد.تیپ 188زرهی با طرح اقتصادی می تواندتبدیل به مرکزاقتصادی و قطب علمی گردد، بازیابی توان دفاعی درمرز و مناطق محروم شهری وروستایی را توسعه دهد.فرماندهان باتجربه و افسران متخصص یک فرصت طلایی برای این قطب فنی جنوب شرق است
