سنجش میزان رضایت مندی شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری های استان لرستان

گستردگی و پیچیدگی مسایل شهری و رشد و توسعه روافزون شهر ها، مدیریت امور شهر را به وظیفه دشواری تبدیل نموده است در میان سازمان‌های مختلف مدیریت شهری، شهرداری یکی از دستگاههایی است که ارتباط مداوم و تنگاتنگی با عموم مردم دارد و توسعه همه جانبه و پایدار شهر، زمانی عملی خواهد شد که شهروندان از عملکرد سازمان شهرداری رضایت داشته باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف؛ سنجش میزان رضایت مندی شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری های استان لرستان با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی بر پایه منابع اسنادی و پرسشنامه تدوین شده است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شهروندان ساکن در 11 نقطه شهری در استان لرستان می باشند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد؛ میزان رضایت شهروندان از عملکرد شهر داری بر اساس وظایف و شاخص های تعریف شده نشان داد؛ رضایت شهروندان از بخش خدمات شهرداری نسبت به سایر بخش ها بیشتر می باشد و از بخش فرهنگی و اجتماعی نسبت به سایر مولفه ها رضایت کمتری دارند.

The statistical population of this study is citizens living in 11 urban centers in Lorestan province. The results of the research showed that citizens ’satisfaction with urban performance was based on defined tasks and indicators; citizens’ satisfaction with municipal services was higher than other sectors, and less satisfaction from the cultural and social sectors than other components. have.
