تبیین ژئوپلیتیکی الگوی رقابتی روابط ایران و قطر

در کشاکش روابط قدرت بین بازیگران متعدد سیاسی در فضای جغرافیایی روابط ژئوپلیتیکی شکل می‌گیرد. روابط ژئوپلیتیکی کشورها مجموعا حول 5 الگوی مختلف در نوسان است که تحت تاثیر شرایط مختلف نظیر وزن ژئوپلیتکی، موقعیت جغرافیایی، اصل مجاورت، مناطق استراتژیک و... یکی از این الگوهای غالب می‌گردد. این الگوهای ژئوپلیتیکی چون منطبق با واقعیت‌های فضایی هستند، بهتر از هر نظریه‌‌ی روابط بین‌الملل می‌توانند برهمکنش روابط کشورها را برایمان تبیین نمایند. روابط ایران وهمسایگانش نیز تحت تاثیر متغییرهای مختلف فضایی از الگوهای متفاوتی تبعیت می‌کند، که الگوی روابط ایران و قطر در زمره‌ی الگوهای رقابتی به شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با تکیه بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که الگوی رقابتی روابط ژئوپلیتیکی دو کشور ایران و قطر چگونه ارزیابی می‌گردد و مهم‌ترین نقطه تقابل دو کشور کدام حوزه می‌باشد؟ یافته‌های پژوهش نشانگر آن است که الگوی رقابتی روابط ایران و قطر در بردارنده‌ی 3 حوزه‌ی مختلف ژئواکونومی، ژئوکالچر و ژئوپلیتیک می‌باشد.در حوزه رقابت‌های ژئواکونومیکی تقابل دو کشور برای بهره‌برداری بیشتر ار منابع مشترک پارس جنوبی و همچنین تلاش برای تصاحب بازراهای آتی انرژی دنیا؛ در حوزه ژئو کالچر رقابت‌های رسانه‌ای یا به عبارتی جنگ نرم دو کشور برای تاثیر‌گذای بر تحولات منطقه‌ای؛ درحوزه ژئوپلیتیک رقابت‌های دو کشور در مناطق مختلف از سوریه تا شمال افریقا، بهار عربی و... اصلی‌ترین حوزه‌های رقابتی ایران و قطر محسوب می‌شوند که با توجه به اهمیت منابع انرژی در حیات اقتصادی این کشورها از یک سو و آینده‌ی نقش‌آفرینی در بازار انرژی جهانی از سوی دیگر، حوزه ژئواکونومی برای دو طرف از اهمیت بالاتری برخودار است، طوری‌که حتی سایر حوزه‌های رقابتی دو کشور را نیز تحت الشعاع خود قرار داده است.

Geopolitical Explanation of the Competitive Model of Iran-Qatar Relations

In the struggle between power relations between various political actors in the geopolitical space geopolitical relations are formed. geopolitical relations of the countries are fluctuating around 5 different patterns influenced by various conditions such as geopolitical weight, geographic location, proximity principle, strategic regions, etc. One of these patterns prevails. These geopolitical patterns are consistent with the realities of space, and, more than any other theory of international relations, can explain the interplay of relations between countries. Iran’s relations with its neighbors are also subject to different spatial variables from different patterns, which are models of relations between Iran and Qatar as competitive models. The present research is descriptive and analytical and based on library resources, it is sought to answer the question of how the competitive model of geopolitical relations between Iran and Qatar is evaluated. What is the most important point of conflict between the two countries? The findings of this research indicate that the competitive model of IranQatar relations includes three different areas of geoeconomics, Geoculture and geopolitics. In the field of Geoeconomics competitions ,the confrontation between the two countries in order to exploit the common resources of South Pars and Also, attempts to seize the future of the world’s energy; in the geocultural area, media competitions the socalled soft war between the two countries to influence regional developments; in the geopolitical field of the two countries’ rivalries in different regions of Syria to North Africa, the Arab Spring and Etc the most important areas of Iran and Qatar. Considering the importance of energy resources in the economic life of these countries on the one hand and the future role of global energy market on the other hand, Geoeconomics for both sides is of higher importance, so that even other competitive spheres The two countries also overshadowed.
