بررسی نقش مجتمع های خدماتی - رفاهی در توسعه گردشگری

از عهد باستان ایرانیان به موازات ساختن راه به امکانات و تاسیسات بین راهی توجه داشتند زیرا سفر در این راه ها بدون داشتن امکانات بین راهی امکان نداشت. هر چه این راه ها وسعت می یافت این تاسیسات نیز گسترش پیدا می کرد با وسعت قلمرو ایران خصوصاً در دوره هخامنشی بر اهمیت راه و راهداری در جهت ارتباط نقاط مختلف گستره بزرگ ایران زمین افزوده شد و به موازات آن ساختمان هایی (کاروانسراها ) نیز در کنار جاده های طولانی جهت رفاه مسافران ، گردشگران ، جهانگردان ، تجار و توسعه و پیشرفت ایران ایجاد شد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی و مطالعه و نقش اقامتگاهها و مجتمع های بین راهی در توسعه گردشگری استان سیستان و بلوچستان (مطالعه موردی مجتمع بین راهی امام رضا و دو راهی در مسیر زاهدان) می باشد. مسئله اصلی تحقیق پاسخ به این سوال بود که آیا این مجتمع بین راهی توانسته پاسخگوی مناسبی جهت خدمات مورد نیاز مسافران باشد و باعث رونق گردشگری در منطقه شود؟روش تحقیق از نظر هدف آن کاربردی و داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از داده های کتابخانه ای و میدانی جمع آوری گردیده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که نمی توان تاثیر امکانات خدماتی-رفاهی این مجتمع را بر جذب گردشگران و همچنین بر اقتصاد و توسعه منطقه مثبت قلمداد کرد

The research methodology, in terms of its purpose, and the data required by using library data And the field has been gathered. The results of the research show that the impact of the serviceswelfare facilities of this complex on the attraction of tourists as well as on the economy and development of the region can not be considered positive.
