بررسی توسعه راهبردی بافت قدیم شیراز

گسترش فضایی بی رویه و بدون برنامه شهرهای بزرگ و متوسط کشور در چند دهه گذشته، باعث شکل گیری بافت های جدید شهری در مجاورت شهرها و جابجایی ساکنان و کاربری های شهری از بافت قدیم به نواحی جدید گردیده است و مناطق مرکزی شهرها محل سکونت مهجرین روستایی و خارجی شده است. در نتیجه این جابجایی، به تدریج بافت های قدیمی شهرها کارکرد و حیات اجتماعی اقتصادی خود را از دست داده اند و این بافت ها با از دست دادن حیات شهری خود، به سمت رکود و فرسودگی گرایش پیدا کرده اند. روش گردآوردی اطلاعات در این مقاله به صورت کتابخانه ای، پیمایشی و اسنادی بوده و هدف اصلی و کلی این تحقیق ارتقای کیفیت فضاهای بافت قدیم شیراز برای دستیابی به توسعه راهبردی است. در همین راستا جهت شناسایی و تجزیه و تحلیل ویژگی ها و عملکردهای بافت قدیم از مدلswot استفاده شده است.

A Study of the Strategic Development of the Old Tissue of Shiraz Abstract The expansion of spatial and spacefree cities and towns over the past few decades has led to the formation of new urban textures in the vicinity of cities and the displacement of inhabitants and urban uses from old texture to new areas.And the central regions of cities are the habitats of rural and foreign landowners. As a result of this displacement, the old towns have gradually lost their socioeconomic life, and these textures have tended to stagnate and exhaust with the loss of their urban life. The method of collecting information in this paper is library, survey and documentary and the main purpose of this research is to improve the quality of the old texture spaces of Shiraz to achieve strategic development. In this regard, the SWOT model has been used to identify and analyze the features and functions of the old textures.
