تحلیلی بر نقش شوراها در مدیریت یکپارچه شهری با استفاده از فن سوات و برنامه ریزی استراتژیک کمی مطالعه ی موردی : شهر مادوان

رویکرد حاکم بر این پژوهش روش توصیفی پیمایشی با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه است و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی می باشد. علاوه بر این ، به منظور تقویت پایه های نظری و دقت در گردآوری اطلاعات از روش های مطالعه اسناد و مدارک، نیز استفاده شده است . جامعه ی آماری شامل شهروندان ساکن بومی شهر مادوان ، اعضای شورای شهر ، کارکنان شهرداری مادوان می باشد و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران مشخص شده است . همچنین پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ در محیط spss محاسبه شده است . همچنین ، برای بررسی تجزیه و تحلیل مولفه های سیاسی – نهادی ، اجتماعی – اقتصادی ، کالبدی – محیطی مدیریت یکپارچه شهری از مدل های qspm، swot استفاده شده است . نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که بهره گیری از تسهیلات درونی و فعالیت های خدماتی مورد نیاز شهر مادوان، مشارکت غیر مستقیم نهادهای دولتی و غیر دولتی در حل معضلات و مشکلات شهر مادوان و برنامه ریزی توزیع متناسب کاربری خدمات و تجهیزات شهری و دسترسی مطلوب به آن به ترتیب با بیشترین امتیاز 2.47، 3.06 و 3.37 به عنوان موثرترین عوامل شناسایی شده است .

An Analysis of the Role of Shuras in Integrated Urban Management Using Fan SwotAnd Little Strategic Planning Case Study: Madovan city

The prevailing approach to this research is descriptive survey method using the questionnaire tool and is in terms of its purpose. In addition, in order to strengthen the theoretical foundations and accuracy in data collection, documentary study methods have also been used. The statistical population consists of citizens living in the native city of Madovan, members of the city council, employees of the Madoun municipality, and the sample size is determined using the Cochran formula. Also, its reliability was calculated using SPSS environment using Cronbach’s alpha. Also, for analyzing the politicalinstitutional, socioeconomic, physicalenvironment components of urban integrated management, QSPM, SWOT models have been used. The results of the research indicate that utilizing the internal facilities and services required by the city of Madovan, the indirect participation of governmental and nongovernmental organizations in solving the problems and problems of the city of Madovan, and planning the distribution of the appropriate utilization of urban services and facilities and the optimum access to It has been identified as the most effective factors with the highest score of 2.47, 3.06 and 3.37, respectively.
