بررسی میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان بافت‌های فرسوده از اقدامات مدیریت شهری (مطالعه‌موردی: منطقه دو، کلانشهر تهران)

در جامعه امروز شهری برای دستیابی به توسعه‌پایدار شهری محلات بنیادی‌ترین عناصر شهری و حلقه واسط بین مدیریت شهری و شهروندان است. همچنین سیاست‌گذاری‌های دوگانه و مغایر در احداث واحدهای مسکونی ارزان قیمت و گسترش روز افزون محدوده خدماتی شهرها باعث گردیده عملاً محدوده بافت‌های فرسوده که عمدتاً در مناطق مرکزی شهرها واقع گردیده از دید دست‌اندکاران و سیاست‌گذاران امر توسعه مخفی مانده و عملاً به فراموشی سپرده شده‌اند. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان بافت‌های فرسوده از اقدامات مدیریت شهری منطقه دو، کلانشهر تهران است که به‌منظور نیل به این هدف از روش توصیفی _ تحلیلی و مطالعات میدانی استفاده شده است. تعداد نمونه تحقیق با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 488 نفر تعیین‌گردیده ‌است و دسترسی به نمونه‌ها نیز با شیوه تصادفی‌ساده سیستماتیک صورت‌پذیرفته ‌است. داده‌‌ها با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار spss‌ و آزمون‌های آماری ناپارامتریک و اطلاعات اسنادی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار‌گرفت. نتایج تحقیق، بیانگر وجود رابطه معنادار در سطح 99 درصد میان اقدامات و برنامه‌های مدیریت شهری با کیفیت زندگی در بافت‌های فرسوده شهری وجود دارد.

A Survey on the Satisfaction of the Consumers of the Consumed Tissues from Urban Management Measures(Study: District 2, Metropolis of Tehran)

One of the problems is the development of water sports such as sailing in the city of Maragha, the lack of planning for it and its facilities, and by placing the facility in inappropriate places. Due to the lack of resources and water areas in the region due to recent droughts, the optimal use of these restrictions requires precise planning. Therefore, the current research aims at the feasibility of the development of recreational sports in the Maragheh River (SWOT) based on SWOT analysis. The research method was descriptiveanalytic. The study was carried out through a questionnaire. The population of the research consisted of 50 specialists in tourism and management in the city and province of East Azarbaijan. All subjects were selected as sample. The results of this study showed that among the subjects of the study, among the internal factors, the cultural, ancient and tourist attraction of the citycity, according to its long history, with a weight score of 0.37, the most important strengths and lack of favorable and sufficient hotels and restaurants To attract tourists with a weight gain of 0.37 was considered as the most important weakness in the tourism development of the city of Maragheh. Among the foreign factors, adjacent to the large poles of population in the region such as Tabriz and ... with a weight of 0.45 as the most important opportunity for the development of tourism and the lack of facilities for the private sector and the lack of coherence and coordination Among various organizations with a weight of 0.45, they were evaluated as the most important threats to tourism development in Maragheh city. At the end of the article, there are some strategies for developing sport tourism.
