بررسی رویکردهای مشارکت و اشتغال زنان بر تکیه بر اقتصاد بومی در جوامع روستایی ایران

دستیابی به توسعه پایدار اقتصادی در مناطق روستایی در گرو بهره مندی از تمامی ظرفیت های موجود می باشد. زنان روستایی به دلیل توانمندهای مختلف در حوزه کشاورزی،صنایع دستی و خانه داری جایگاه بسزایی در اقتصاد خانه به خود اختصاص داده اند و باید در همه امور خانه و اقتصاد بومی مشارکت داشته باشند. با وجود نقش فعال زنان در جوامع روستایی، کمتر شاهد توجه کافی به این قشر زحمتکش در فرایند برنامه ریزی و امور اجرایی بوده ایم.در نگاه کلی هدف این مطالعه بررسی تحلیل گونانه حضور و اشتغال زنان روستایی در فعالیت های اقتصادی می باشد و سعی شده با استناد به مطالعات و آمارهای منتشر شده در مناطق مختلف، رویکردها و ظرفیت های بالقوه موجود در حضور زنان مشخص و با ارائه راهکار عملیاتی نماید.نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل و بررسی مطالعات نشان داد حضور بالفعل زنان، مستلزم رفع موانع فردی و استفاده ملموس از زنان و انجمن های زنان در برنامه ریزی های مشارکتی می باشد.در نگاه کلی باید گفت لازمه حضور و اشتغال زنان، توجه به خواسته های اصلی، پرهیز لز استفاده ابزاری و حمایت های مداوم از ایده های اقتصادی و صنایع مرتبط با حوزه زنان روستایی می باد تا بتواند موجب تقویت اقتصاد بومی بشود.
